Prime Rib that melts in your mouth. Atmosphere that entertains and adds to an ambiance of an experience. Service that is well trained, eager to please and a cook that knows exactly what they are doing. It was so clean you could do a surgery in there ! One of a kind and filled with "experience" on top of the great food. This is hard to find these days. DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered ravioli and I received tortellini with a paste on it that tasted like a pound of basil with another pound of salt. My daughter ordered Alfredo and it tasted like salt and half cooked noodles. Neither of our dishes were hot. At best they were tepid. When my daughter mentioned that her food tasted poor, the waitress brought us a check. When I mentioned the problem to the owner he shrugged and charged full price. I don't want it free, I expect to pay $20 for a $20 plate. I could have heated up macaroni and cheese on the microwave for a better meal.... read more

Over-hyped food and poor service. White wine was delivered corked and hot. No explanation though we later learned they don't have the license to open wine at the table. No explanation for the wine being hot although we were offered a cup of ice. Prime rib was sold out by the time we arrived at 6pm, only 1 hour after they opened. Okay. Plan B. The steaks we ordered tasted frozen, including the side veggies. This is in Wyoming where there are more cows than people. Don't waste your money. read more

Great service and great ambiance. Built in the tunnels used by the alcohol runners of the 1920s, it is a taste worth going out of your way for. Not only is it a fun place (live music on the Friday we went), the food was excellent. A good steakhouse lineup, we had room for only the burgers, but they were perfectly seared and juicy as any I've ever had. The taste was excellent as well, flavor that normally gets cooked out in most restaurants. I'd recommend coming to this place if you are in the eastern side of Yellowstone. read more

If you can get there when it first opens, listen, you can hear a poker game in the corner, jazz on stage, roulette wheel being spun. The sounds, atmosphere bring you back to real history. Not just a few pics, but you are standing where historic figures hid away for a drink, friendships and secret discussions. Chicago would be jealous - this is the real deal. They have a cook, that makes prime rib melt in your mouth. Au-jus like no other, simple baked potato was touched with some magic to taste sooo well. GET THE BIG piece. This restaurant was the only place open for dinner this Sunday night. We were staying in Shell for the night, and the closest restaurant to us was in Greybull. So we made the 20 minute drive out here, not expecting much from this town. Speakeasy's is in the lower level of the Greybull Historic Hotel, and the history of the building is an amazing story. (It is printed on the front of the menu). The owners and staff of the establishment are so friendly and helpful, and very talented at what they do. Needless to say, our food came very quick, service was amazing, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Every single meal was cooked perfectly, tasted great, and looked beautiful. We had the Ribeye Steak, Tomato Basil Ravioli, and the Steak Burger. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in need of dinner while staying in Greybull or Shell!!! read more

Wonderful dinner my father and I had tonight. We shared the sautéed mushrooms to start, and chose their homemade beef stew as well to begin the evening with. We also both enjoyed the Prime Rib special which was cooked to perfection. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and inviting! I highly recommend checking this restaurant out if ever visiting Greybull, Wyoming. read more
