I tried to call here, messages her, sent an email for so many times but nobody reply and nobody care. It is not about the money but how she did it is not humane. I tried ask her to return the money that I paid but no action from her side. Please be careful on dealing with this company and Atty Mariel.

In the Kasambahay Law, a helper can terminate prematurely the contract if she is in any way harmed or living in a dangerous environment or has a medical condition not permitting her to continue working.

Worst agency. They want the fee upfront when you need a maid but takes them time to give a…read morereplacement. You have to send a fu multiple times. they don't proactively assist. The last maid did not come back after her day off, the agency refused to give a refund of the fee. The maid only stayed for 2 months, thus was not able to complete her 6 month contract.
