MaidProvider.ph is a good company, They provide screened maids. They are the most established maid agency in the country. I only trust them. most of their workers are graduates of known university. read more

This is a scam agency. They provided us a helper who stayed for less than what is stipulated in the contract. She used as an excuse to leave was because of her "child". In the Kasambahay Law, a helper can terminate prematurely the contract if she is in any way harmed or living in a dangerous environment or has a medical condition not permitting her to continue working. read more

Worst agency. They want the fee upfront when you need a maid but takes them time to give a replacement. You have to send a fu multiple times. they don't proactively assist. The last maid did not come back after her day off, the agency refused to give a refund of the fee. The maid only stayed for 2 months, thus was not able to complete her 6 month contract. read more

This agency is the worst in handling replacements. I requested for replacement 3 days after the yaya was deployed. I sent a viber message knowing that was the messaging tool we used upon hiring. Now im making a follow up 3 weeks after since the yaya they sent me never came back after her day off. Sad news was the agency itself employed her to another family which was also my neighbor. Now they said that my initial request was unofficial since i should have messaged3 the other number. And that my official request for a replacement was only 3weeks after my initial request. The worst part, the previous yaya and the agent called my son a special child without them confirming from my part if he was indeed special. How can you assume on a 10month old baby if you only spent a few days with him. And for the agent i talked to in the office, she hasnt seen my son. So she doesnt have any right to put label to my son. Sent to them all the medical tests results and newborn screen of my son just to prove them wrong. They are the worst. They wont give me my refund and wont even apologize sincerely. They kept on arguing until the last straw. Heartless read more

WARNING: AS OF 2017, MAID PROVIDER PH AGENCY WILL NOT FUFILL IT'S CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. RECOMMEND TO STEER CLEAR FROM THIS AGENCY. SCAM. DANGEROUS. KEEP AWAY FROM YOUR HOME AND FAMILY. On Thursday May 18, I was referred to MaidProvider.Ph and my secretary worked out all the details. I did my homework and read the reviews and even had a licensed psychometrician evaluate all the candidates. We picked one a Ms. Elvie. She arrived at our door step within hours. I checked all her documents and everything was legitimate and in order. She negotiated a rate of about 8K per month to which I was happy to pay for on top of the agency fee. An agent came to my home and explained the contract and the guarantee. My living situation was a small 50Sq/m condo in Ortigas with one small dog. I had another house helper who stayed with me and was transitioning out. I provided reasonable and objective measurements of performance and was very Kind to Elvie, even advancing her money one her day of her arrival. I also did my best to train Elvie and the maid who was leaving me, said she trained her very well too. I even set the ground work for expectations very clearly and she agreed to them all. After about 2 and half weeks of her arrival, on 3 June, Elvie was given her negotiated day off and then suddenly on 4 June I couldn't reach Elvie and began to worry. I wondered if she got lost on her way home. I sent her load to her Globe prepaid and texted and called for hours. Finally on 5 June, Elvie replied to say she wanted to never return to which I kept asking her for the reason and if she could state that she wanted to resign formally in writing, as a means to protect me from any labor violations. Then after the fiasco, I noticed items were missing in my home and then Elvie had some one threaten me over SMS that they were the police saying they would come to my house and barge down my door to get things Elvie allegedly left in the house. I knew it was a bullshit scam and at this point, texted the maid agency and called them several times but to no avail. I didn't bother the police since our condo building has guards and I know my rights well within the law before police come knocking on our doors (warrants, etc.) As far as the agency goes, as I write this, they have gone past the 50 days due date as obliged in their contract and I have wasted money. The only recourse now per my lawyer is to go after them in small claims court which is a complete waste of time so I better write all over the internet and make sure Maidprovider.ph get's NASTY and negative reviews and no one wishes to do business with them. In hindsight, I might suspect Elvie was a professional liar and part of a scheme with the agency that her placement was a serious attempt to scam me out of money, as even a PRC licensed Psychometrican with a BS In psychology was taken aback after learning she took off without giving notice or reason - despite interviewing Elvie over video chat and giving scenario based questions that had really good answers. My review would again be to AVOID MAIDPROVIDER.PH. They are happy to take in new inquiries and do a great job giving a good first impression. But if anything goes wrong, MAIDPROVIDER.PH will NOT answer for their obligations NOR will they help you. It sucks to say I'm writing these nasty reviews until it gets their attention and they deal with me. read more

I have been following up regarding a maid provided by them, who stole from us for the past 2 months. They just keep on passing me around to different agents. Who always ask the same questions. Still no resolutions since then, no follow ups nothing. Just after the money. Please save yourself some trouble dont trust this agency And take note they just reply the same messages but it you call nothing happens. See google reviews they may be good here but really bad reviews in fb and google reviews. please dont let your family be a victim! https://g.co/kgs/mnWjQ7 read more

I wish I had found this website before as I was searching for an all around maid. That way it would have saved me time & money, from acquiring service from this incompetent & misleading https://www.facebook.com/MamsProvider.ph/ Maidprovider.ph agency. Beware of this agency as they will pretend to have qualified Maids. The current fee that they asked me last March 1, 2018 is Php 1,300.00 to cover expenses for the maid they provided me. I sent the money thru Palawan Express to Andie. Jamaica and Noel kept on texting me to inform the whereabouts of their messenger and maid. They promised me that the maid will be delivered the following day. March 2, 2018 I received another message from Jamaica of MaidProvider I was told that the maid is just taking a rest because of the long travel from the province. Around 5PM that day Jamaica ask me if I could send another money amounting P1,750.00 the half advance payment of their agency fee for them to be able to deliver the maid. I refused to send another money, until I called Noel, my conversation with Noel lead to misunderstanding, he was agitated and shouting at me. https://www.facebook.com/MamsProvider.ph/ Maidprovider.ph agency, their goal is to get money from families that are in straitened circumstances. We are aware and agreed to pay their fee amounting Php. 3500.00, provided they will deliver what is expected and what they perceive to be. It's useless to just rant online. Maidprovider.ph will just continue to prey on people like us who are really in need of a helper and just swindle. Shame on you Mr. Noel who introduced himself as the President of the Maidprovider.ph agency https://www.facebook.com/MamsProvider.ph/ and all of your staff especially to Ms. Jamaica. read more

Hi Kyla,…

We are a diplomatic family in Manila and decided to use this company because we don't have contacts in the province etc. Shame that I didn't read the posts here before using this company. We paid them 20, 000 pesos for 2 helpers: 1 cook and 1 yaya. Their sales person (Mary) was professional, and gave me a reassuring feel about the company. And yes, the website is fancy too -- which in retrospect is a lousy way to judge a company. The yaya turned out well and we still have her, but it turns out that when she applied for a job with them they took her passport and then promptly lost it -- and now they refuse to reimburse her for the expense of a replacement. We were planning to take her with us overseas, so she is terribly disappointed. The cook was terrible -- the company had not checked her background and her resume was full of lies -- so we sent her back. They couldn't find a replacement, and per the policy on their website we asked for a refund after 50 days. I must have called a hundred times the last few weeks calls while they keep asking for me to call back for this one person -- Kat -- who is perennially on vacation. Today, Isabella -- who says she is a manager -- just flat out refused to refund the money. Says I should talk to my lawyers -- which I will. It's an appalling business model. read more

The standards this industry runs on. We helped build them. For 17 years, MaidProvider.ph has defined what responsible household staffing looks like in the Philippines. The psychological screening requirement that is now considered best practice? We introduced it. The push for wages that honor the dignity of household professionals? We started that conversation. The transparency standards families now expect? We built them. We match Filipino families with Maid Pros, Yaya Pros, Caregiver Pros, Cook Pros, and Driver Pros — but only families who share our values. Our standards: psychological screening through Manila Doctors Hospital, fair wage advocacy at P12,000 and above, bilateral protection, a 48-hour resolution process, and radical transparency. Every placement is built on mutual respect, not hierarchy. DOLE-licensed under M-24-04-034. Over 80,000 families served. Same Pasay City location for 17 years. Not for everyone. We choose our clients as carefully as they choose us.
History
Established in 2009.
We entered an industry built on outdated methods. Unverified workers, exploitative wages, zero accountability. Families had no reliable way to find qualified household professionals. Workers had no protection. So we built the agency this industry was missing. We brought transparency and verification to what was essentially a black market. In 2015, we went further. Mandatory psychological screening through Manila Doctors Hospital. The first agency to require it. Some said it was too expensive, too complicated. We disagreed. 17 years later. Same Pasay City location. Over 80,000 families served. Fair wages. Mutual respect. Bilateral protection.
Meet the Manager: Michelle S.
Hi, I'm Michelle, Operations Director at MaidProvider.ph. My background is in operations at Shell, where I learned that real standards are built on people, not just processes. I brought that same discipline here. Day to day, I oversee the systems that make every placement seamless — screening, onboarding, client care, and everything in between. I'm also deeply passionate about culinary arts, which gives me a particular appreciation for the Cook Pros we place. I understand what it takes to run a kitchen with excellence. What I love most about MaidProvider.ph is the ethical foundation — fair wages, ethical hiring, and genuine accountability on both sides. ESG-aligned in practice. This work changes lives. That keeps me going. And at the heart of it is our Human+ advocacy: the belief that every household professional deserves dignity, not just a placement.

It's been a year now and still our refund has not been released. CS keeps saying that there's a problem with accounting. When are we getting our money back??? Please at least reply to our follow up's on Viber. I've been very patient and hopeful but now it's starting to seem like this is a scam! Please please just give our refund back as promised, this is so depressing and triggering anxiety for a new mom like me. read more
