Last night, the filter stopped working, so I came home today and took it to the Woodstock Square location we purchased the kit from. I was told they couldn't do anything about warranty exchange or anything bc they are not allowed to take used or broken/defective product back. I explained that it's 60 days into a one year warranty period, and she abruptly told me again they couldn't take back open or defective product back, and that I could try contacting the manufacturer... I tried to explain that they were the manufacturer and she still said she wouldn't help. I then called into Petsmart customer service, and after being hung up on once, put on an extended 25 minute hold after requesting to speak to a supervisor, was told that they had no power to do anything as it was an in store purchase. This is such a joke. The supervisor insisted the only way to get this resolved was for her to submit a formal complaint to the stores and that the store manager would be reaching out to me by phone at most 48hrs. My tank has already been down for 24 hrs, and now it's likely going to be 72 hours before I even get a call back. They really dont seem to care about anything other than getting your money. There was literal attitude with every person I have spoken with both in store and over the phone at their customer care call center, and now my fish are going to be dead.

Staff stopped to pet her when she was looking for some human attention. She had dinner when I brought her home and passed out. Perfect. Once home, they texted me to say they forgot to make notes for her "paw-gress" report. As a dog mom I want to know how things went. All they said was that she had a good day. They apologized and said I would get a free one next time. I hope they will work on whatever procedures need occur.

The equipment was easy to use and they provided these wonderful shammy towels which made it so easy to remove the excess water from his double coat before blow drying him. They also provide scrubbers for cleaning, shampoo, and conditioner as a part of the self serve cost. In addition, they provide nail trimming services (for those skirmish pet owners like myself) for a very reasonable fee. Their webcams are great and I have often obsessed over watching my dogs via webcam for longer than I care to admit. Now grooming services has always been top notch. Our groomer was Laura and we loved her. She has since left the company and we're devastated. She knew exactly how to grrom our baby every time we brought her in. The replacement groomer was great too. I have no issue with him but since Laura left, it seems to be harder and harder to get a grooming appt. I don't know if they just aren't staffing up enough to support grooming services. As I write this review, the next available grooming appt is not until 2 months in the future. I've been coming her for years but now I will have to find a new spot and am sad to say it. Thanks Pet Paradise for years of good service.
