I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't take responsibility for the damage- going as far as saying "it was already like that". Richard was very upfront with the time and money it would require for him to give its best care. He took the time he needed to restore the desk. We had regular communication about it so I knew what Richard was working on. We love how it turned out to the point that we put this precious family object on the shelves in our family room. Four years earlier we did a haul out and were very happy with the work done by Andy and his crew so we returned a second time. Andy was communicative about projects, updated us frequently and was quickly available if we had any questions. His crew did excellent work on our ark including welding, sanding, painting and other necessary repairs. They transported and hauled the boat with no issues and returned it to the slip safely.
