Anywhere I go the first thing people ask me is where I got my nails done. It doesn't matter what set gina puts on whether it be glow in the dark reverse ombre, rhinestones and glitter Galore, or even creepy bugs and snakes. She pours her heart and soul into every set of nails I refuse to go to anyone else. When she does rhinestones or anything hanging off the nails she uses a super strong epoxy glue I've never lost a stone I will keep my sets on for longer than they they should be, and even through my rough and toughness, working as a mechanic and taxidermist most days and a bartender on other days, these things stay and they always look spectacular.

The biggest issue, unfortunately, is time management. While they take appointments, the experience feels more like a walk-in system. Even today, I had a 1:00 PM appointment. I wasn't brought back to the pedicure area until 1:30, and my actual pedicure didn't begin until 1:55. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern every time I've visited. Once my pedicure finally started, the technician seemed distracted, constantly looking around the salon, and the entire service felt rushed. Another disappointing experience. She even handed me off halfway through. The worst experience happened when I booked an appointment about a month in advance for myself, my sister, and my niece. We intentionally scheduled morning manicure and pedicure appointments because we already had afternoon plans. When we arrived, we were brought back to the pedicure area and asked to start soaking. After about 15 minutes, someone began my pedicure. Then things really went downhill. Thirty minutes passed, then forty, and my sister and niece were still just sitting there with their feet in cold water. No one acknowledged them or gave any updates. At one point, I asked the person working on me if she could please stop and begin my niece's pedicure instead. She responded, "5 more minutes, almost done," while pointing to other clients who didn't even have polish applied yet. After over an hour, my sister finally decided to skip her services altogether so they could start my niece's pedicure. While my niece was getting her pedicure, someone simultaneously started working on her manicure, which made the entire experience feel rushed and awkward. After more than two hours: *My sister received no services at all *I only received my pedicure My niece ended up with a rushed pedicure and *what I'd loosely call a manicure The most frustrating part wasn't even the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment. We were simply left sitting there with no updates. So if you need appointments to actually fit your schedule, or if you're planning a visit with a group of 2-3 people, I sadly can't recommend this location.
