The best tiramisu I've ever had. I loved that the family who owns the restaurant can be seen not only working hard but also welcoming almost each and every table into their beautiful outdoor oasis of a restaurant. 5 stars, I wish I could give more honestly. Accessibility aside, the food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly and quick. The restaurant has systems in place for precautions against COVID including staff wearing masks, dividers placed between tables in use, some seats are closed off, outdoor seating area is available, hand sanitizers are placed in a few different areas and are accessible... My one daughter ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap with a side of bacon cheese fries and loved it. She ate practically the entire wrap (which surprised me greatly) and said, "Despite the chicken being a little dry, really really good." My other daughter loved her lobster Fettuccine Alfredo, stating it was "filling and really good and the lobster cooked well". She wouldn't recommend the Italian wedding soup though saying it tasted like it had vinegar in it. I ordered the crab cakes which were some of the top 5 I've had, and had large chunks of crab in it. Delicious! While there are some things I would change such as the cramped feel from the dividers placed in between close table settings (might be better to remove some of the tables instead to open it up a bit for social distancing (my one daughter even stated how it had a claustrophobic feel), and a few other very minor things- we will definitely be back. The food was delicious, the menu had so many tempting options, the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes (we had enough to bring some some to enjoy another time), etc.. Food is average or just above on a good day, so I can recommend if you are close and hungry you will probably be satisfied. But one thing that may have contributed to it's decline is employee satisfaction and appreciation. As I go into detail here. Had a really uncomfortable experience last visit. I thought we would try Mangia again but while we were eating we had to listen to the manager (?) berating one of the employees. Not only was it very negative but there was foul language as well. If you have something to address with an employee.. do it respectfully and privately. Not in front of coworkers, and especially not in the presence of customers. A pleasant dining experience is directly related to a pleasant low stress work environment. Disgruntled and stressed employees do not make for a positive experience for the customer. Service will suffer.
