John Keys the general manager is without a doubt the best. We have purchased two cars from Wilber Rouse and what a pleasant buying expereince every time. Now get the most amazing part of this....They have a customer service person named Michael Blank. I know that If I need something no matter what he will be there to help me. Would you believe I have his cell phone programed in mine. I needed help with my Sync in my new Ford Fusion. I made an appointment with the service dept. and I had not been there 2 minutes when they calledl Michael to tell him I was there. He came over immediatley to tell me they would have my car ready in 30 minutes. They did and then he sat in my car with me and re-programmed my cell phone to hook up with my Sync. This is the second time he has taken the time to do that, the first being when I purchased the car. Every car dealership should have the customer service that Mooseville Ford has, a general manager like John Keys and a salesperson like Wilber Rouse and without a doubt they all need a Michaell Blank. I have recently moved to South Carolina but will definately drive to Moorseville NC to purchase all of my vehicles. Thanks to all of you for everything you do every time we purchase a car from you. You are all first class.

I was coming back from a business meeting in New Orleans when I called Luke this salesman there in Charlotte and told them that I'm looking for a bad ass hurricane and I wanted it to be in your face and he said he could make that happen so about a week later I met Luke and Daniel great guys and they found the perfect car for me well since then things have changed and now I'm moving to a place that really doesn't accommodate high-end sports cars a mountain this area so I contacted Lamborghini of Charlotte and they offered to buy the car back from me and it was effortless. I had a very bad experience with this business. I wanted two new tires and a coolant leak fixed, he…read moresaid i needed a head gasket 2 lifters 2 sensors as well. After tearing my car apart, the owner said he could not continue or fix it unless I paid in full, leaving me with no real choice but to pay up front. I was then given multiple promised completion dates and was ignored every time. After months of delays and excuses, the work I paid for was either unfinished or not done correctly. My parts were scattered around his shop or in other people's cars of the same make/model. I am missing many parts to my car and had to buy random bolts to put it back together and even after giving him $2400 Initially he made me buy $60 of oil to put back in the car after it was "completed", total joke. I also asked for 2 NEW tires and for some reason he got 2 mismatched USED tires... when I was finally told the car was completed and was drivable I showed up to his shop and he clearly hadnt touched it in weeks and he said he has 1 or 2 hours left to complete it... i proceeded to sleep in my unfinished vehicle overnight and it took him 12 hours to get the car to a state where it could be put on a TRAILER to be hauled home. When I requested a refund for the work that was not completed, it was refused, forcing me to pursue legal action to try to get my money back. On top of that, I now have to pay another mechanic to repair the same issues I already paid this business to fix.
