I'm a next door neighbor to a house that was having it's solar panels cleaned by these guys. I've had a problem with my palm tree limbs growing up over my neighbor's solar panels blocking sunlight and unfortunately the limbs are way too high to be reached by a ladder from my property. I asked Ryan, a super cool employee who was washing my neighbor's panels, if I could hand him up a pole cutter while he was on my neighbor's roof and have him cut away the limbs that would eventually become a problem. He said "no problem" and standing near the edge of the roof in kind of a precarious position he was able to use my pole cutter to cut the limbs that were extremely high off the ground. I thought it was really cool that he did me that favor not even being a customer of his and the extra effort he put in cutting super high limbs near the edge of my neighbor's roof to ensure that my neighbor's panels would continue to put out optimum performance! I have no idea what my neighbor paid Sparkling Solar Cleaning to clean his solar panels but if I had solar panels I would use this company. Their workers are extremely professional, nice and helpful, and I can clearly see from my backyard that they did an outstanding job getting my neighbor's solar panels perfectly clean! read more

I don't recommend this business. Solar cleaners have a reputation for either being really good or bad. This company definitely hits the bad. They're not responding to phone calls during business hours, which, in my experience, means they'd run off with your money without doing the job. When people hire solar cleaners, they don't plan to go on the roof to check if the job was done, which makes it a lucrative business for tricking people out of their hard earned money. read more

Highly recommend! I used Sparkling Solar for the first time this week and am completely satisfied with their service. I was able to easily schedule an appointment, and the owner Taylor Montilepre and his assistant arrived right at the promised time. I have 38 solar panels on my roof, and the work was completed in about an hour. The pricing is reasonable and my panels look terrific. They even hosed off the accumulated dirt from my skylights while they were up on my roof. I will definitely be using Sparkling Solar again. This is a FANTASTIC company!! It is easy to schedule appointments. They email and text to remind you of your upcoming appointment. They text to tell you they are on their way the day of the appointment. They are always punctual (within their estimated arrival window). When done cleaning the panels they text you pictures of the work they performed. They do a FANTASTIC job and the panels look GREAT!!
