    I wish I could give more stars. We went with mobile grooming because 1. Our dog is terrified of driving in cars and 2. She has Cushing's Disease. This was one of the only mobile groomers that was either open, or serviced our area. The first time they came, Alex gave us confidence in getting our dog groomed. I mentioned to be careful around her feet because she gets cut easily due to the Cushing's disease, she has thin skin. He said no problem, and took her to the van. Not 10 minutes later we get a knock on the door and there's our dog with blood all over her paw. Her nail had come off. I figured this happened in her being stressed to go out and get into the grooming van. He said he could still groom her, but I said no because I wanted it to be a better experience for her. We got it all taken care of at the vet and healed up before having Alex come again. He was nice enough to reschedule and not charge. Well, he came today and 10 minutes later we get a text message that our dog is bleeding. He asks if we want him to continue. I said yes, but 4 minutes later I asked that she just be bathed and not get a haircut/trim. I don't know how she is bleeding. The nail that got injured last time is completely fine this time, so there is no explanation as to what happened. All he said was "I haven't even clipped them." When we got our dog back, her face had been shaved down to the skin in between her eyes. I understand that if in those 4 minutes he already started trimming her, but it would've been nice to have been told that. Also, why is she shaved down to her skin? It looks so bad and because of her Cushing's it takes her hair a long time to grow back and it may not fully grow back. I am super upset. Plus she needs to be in a cone again due to her foot. If you have a dog with medical conditions, I do not recommend this grooming service. The star rating is for how easy it was to book an appointment, how responsive both the owner and groomer were, their willingness to reschedule and making sure the dog was ok, and also the outcome from the last visit.

    First time trying a mobile pet groomer. The entire experience was easy. Scheduling and confirmation was effortless. The best part was Alex- the groomer. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease - especially since at first I felt that I was handing my child over to a stranger... BUT from the moment I opened the door - I felt assured that my Kirby would be taken good care of. He also came back happy and smelling/ looking great! Thank you Alex!

    This was an excellent experience for me. Scheduling was simple. I called the number on the website and left a voice mail. Someone responded via text the same day. We worked out a day and time within the same week of my request. On the day before the appointment, Alex called asking if I wanted to move my time up but I told him that I work late so that's why I made the late appointment. He was totally fine with it. On the day of, he called to let me know that he was running 10 minutes late which was totally fine because so was I :) He met Bentley and they hit it off immediately which isn't typical for Bentley. They were done in a little less than 30 minutes (Bentley is tiny). He looked so happy which normally at other grooming places he looks traumatized from being there for so long. His coat was shiny and he smelled great. His nails were actually all cut down (groomers usually have a hard time with him and they don't get cut properly). I am so happy with this place and I've already referred several people! Can't wait to use them again. And yes it's a little pricey but definitely worth it!

    I would definitely recommend Sparkling Pets! I've gotten my baby cut by them twice and both times i have been very pleased (awesome groomers) On-time for appointments, they handled my lucky with care (this is a big one for me as he is a rescue animal so he gets nervous around strangers easily, which makes it difficult to drop him off at locations that take half/ whole day to groom him) service is convenient, wonderful customer service and the truck is clean!

    Sparkling Pets helped us get our foster dog ready for adoption. She was in very bad shape when we got her with lots of knots in her hair. Jenny was very sweet and patient. She came back to us a new dog and was clearly so much more comfortable. She looks amazing! Thank you Sparkling Pets! Attaching before and after pictures.

    Setting up an appointment for my dog, Tessy, was simple as could be! I was contacted immediately, both through email & via text. I didn't really catch the name of the groomer, but she was literally the most professional/sweetest person ever! I'm so happy with the results!!! I'm definitely setting up future appointments!

Now there are new owners (for a couple of years now) and our favorite groomer Rolisha is no longer there. My mom dropped Coco off and I was on the phone when she told them we did not want a low cut. I then had my mom go back in and I spoke with the groomer myself on FaceTime asking if the cut number they told my mom would still leave Coco fluffy since I did not want her hair low. We were assured by the groomer that she would still be fluffy! When I went to pick her up, she had a low cut. I called back (for the first time ever) to speak with management and let them know my disappointment with the service. Instead of being understanding and trying to come to a resolve, the manager/owner was extremely dismissive and argumentative, saying that the groomer told us the number and we agreed. Once I explained (again) that we explained several times we did not want a low cut and wanted her fluffy, she switched the narrative saying they had to cut her low because of matting. In the past if matting was an issue, I would get a phone call from Rolisha or the front desk explaining that and requiring me to approve the lower cut. After going in circles, I was over it and just them know how disappointed I was that they took no accountability. Again, in over 6 years this is the first phone call they've ever received from me. Extremely disappointed in the owner/management and lack of accountability. I really wish I would have gotten Rolisha's information before she left!
