The absolute worst internet service and Sparklight certainly doesn't mind charging you! ... freezing , tiling , having to unplug... wait... plug in again and hope service resumes... and all during the Olympics! Shocker ! If Sparklight deducted the amount of time per month that our internet was experiencing " issues" ... our monthly bill would be significantly less...some months probably "0" ! ... good luck with that!!! read more

We are in the processing of switching to a different local cable company. A company that, for no more money, will provide us with more channels plus streaming of Netflix. Sparklight removed SEVEN channels from our menu last week. Do you think they're going to lower our bill, tho? Ha!! Cause of the removal of the CW station, I am no longer able to watch 2 of my favorite programs. I can probably watch both programs thru Amazon Prime Video, but I would have to pay $2.99 plus tax an episode for each episode of both programs. Plus I'd be using up a lot of data. This is ridiculous! We already pay Sparklight an outrageous monthly fee. On top of that, the OWN station, which I frequently watch, has been off the air since yesterday. This is typical of Sparklight. Almost every week, one (or more) channels go off the air for anywhere from hours to days. These are channels that we are paying to watch. Can't wait to switch! read more

Since the change from Cable One, there have been several internet outages with Sparklight Now for the past month, I have lost internet connections and had poor performance. Thought the problem was with my old modem. Bought a new modem, but then found out the issue was with Sparklight and faulty equipment. After 3 phone calls and a tech visit, I still have no internet!!! Just keep getting told, "We are working on it." After 20 days they still have not fixed it. I Will be looking for a new internet provide tomorrow. read more

Not happy at all with this company... Just started service with them and they said I went over my data by 240 GB in a three week period and I have almost used half my data in a 6 day period... If I go over three times I have to upgrade to the next plan so my bill goes from $33 +tax to $80 +tax... I know I do not use that much data... Rarely is it used during the day and I watch Netflix a couple times a week for a couple of hours... Only two people use it for our phones and that is a very limited amount of time... I think it's a ploy to get you to have to upgrade to the more expensive package... I called and spoke with a service representative and she was rude, kept cutting me off, treated me like I was ill edcatuated, and kept trying to tell me how to reduce my usage... Really??? If I use it any less then I won't be using it at all... Over all the company is in the negative for me... read more
