Shouldn't even get a star. Service down over a month. Technicians show up sometimes and the only time slots are 2 weeks away with an all day limit. They expect you to sit at home for 12 hours waiting on someone who may never show. Switching service to fixed wireless. Slower speed but can it be worse than no speed? read more

Scheduled installation two weeks in advance for when I could arrange to take off work. They were to be here between 8-12. The tech is supposed to call when on his way. 12 comes around: nothing. I call customer service, they tell me we are in the schedule but the tech is running behind. Call back at 2, customer service says dispatch says it was an all day appointment but customer service told them no, it was scheduled 8-12. Customer service apologized and said there was a miscommunication but the tech would be there before the end of the day. Still hadn't heard anything around 4:30, so I call customer service again--I'm told the tech is on his way, he will be here between 5:15-6:15. 6:15 rolls around, nothing. I call back; recording now tells me my appointment has been rescheduled for Monday. I finally get in touch with a rep. She gets and attitude and tells me my appointment was always scheduled for Monday. I said "no, hun, it wasn't and I have the voicemail confirmation from last night to prove it" she continues to argue with me and tell me I'm SOL, not her problem that I've already lost a day's wages and TEN HOURS of my life that I will never get back and I'm expected to take another day off work to get stood up again. A phone call telling me they weren't coming.... hmmm idk around NOON even, would have sufficed. Instead, I got the run around from multiple reps, none of which ever reached out to me to keep me informed. Never heard from the tech that he wasn't coming and had I not called back, never would have known they took it upon themselves to reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately, we have no other options for internet, so we will be forced to use this incompetent company. If you don't have to, don't use them. They don't give a shit about you and their time is immensely more important than yours. read more

Good service but what good is it with internet that hangs repeatedly and crashes. I'm looking elsewhere.
