This store is an absolute joke. I have never met employees that are this incompetent,…read moreunprofessional, and useless. I was remodeling a bathroom and made it very clear the tile I wanted, and what stone for the vanity. My husband had to tile our shower because they were charging an outrageous amount to just put down the tile. my husband had done the demo and redo of the walls and put in the shower basin. For the little amount they had to do they wanted over 2 grand. 4 months ago I picked out the stone for the vanity, he didn't even bother to order the stone until I had pestered him for long enough, and by him I mean Ricardco who runs that storefront. He said for an entire week in March that the installer was coming that week. Thursday of that week rolls around and I still had heard nothing from them. I call them to ask when the installer would come, he then says to me the installer is behind on other jobs and wouldn't be able to come until May! Ricardo refused to give be the installers number so I could talk to them to work something out sooner. And good luck trying to get hold of a manger or the store owner. Every step of the way of this remodel I have had to constantly hold their hands during this project just to make sure the bare minimum gets done. Half of the time the store is closed by 11am even though their hours say they close at 5. The inside of the store is disgusting and in complete chaos and almost no one is there inside the store to help a customer, so I have to make endless calls to track someone down to help me. Half of the time they make it seem like they are doing you a favor just by even being there, and make Insinuations about not paying when we have to go to pick up the stone we ordered to take to another installer in town. When he hadn't even put the amount down on the account that store uses to collect payments! Honestly I am so worn down by this whole thing. We had to remodel because our home is almost 70yrs old. Black mold and extensive termite damage made it unhealthy for us to continue to use. I have never in my life had to write a bad review and I am sorry it had to come down to this. I tried to be reasonable and patient but at this point after a bathroom that has been unusable for going on four months now, with no help from the people whose job is to help; I'm no longer willing to let them walk all over me and treat me like an annoying child. If you live in Blythe, save yourself the headache and try to do it yourself or go to a more professional place out of town.

I called the well driller and was promised a three-week time frame to begin drilling. I called after the three-week period and was told another three weeks. This went on for nine-months. The well driller permit expires in one-year causing me to panic so I called AZCA. I talked with Larry and Glenda asking for help. I received a very satisfactory bid within four hours so I immediately went to their office and signed a transfer of well driller permit authorization form. The AZCA crew showed up twelve days later and started drilling. I was so impressed with the work ethics of their crew that I called Larry and told him his crew was awesome. (I can't remember calling any other business ever complimenting them on their crew) When The guys finished drilling the well, they thoroughly cleaned the site and took any refuse with them. I was told that a "standard" bathtub alone costs $1,700, and $2,600 for small-area tile work (approx. 6x4 sq. ft.), yet the final bill was extremely high for the scope of work performed. What concerns me most: No warranty was provided for the work. No itemized invoice was given, despite multiple requests. I specifically asked for an itemized invoice for tax purposes and never received one. For this price point, I expected transparency, documentation, and some type of workmanship guarantee. Unfortunately, none of that was provided.

I called them and they wanted pictures of the hose/water heater. I sent it to them and they asked for my card number. I gave it to them and they came and replaced my hose. Then they left in a big hurry without even giving me a receipt or anything to sign. I found out later why they left so quickly. AFTER THEY LEFT, MY HOT WATER NEVER CAME BACK ON. I called them the next day 5 times and left my number and they NEVER returned my calls. I called them several times after that and still no return call. I tried to contact the Better Business Bureau but there was no record of Lusk in Blythe. They aren't part of the BBB and it's obvious why. They rip people off. Finally they called and said they'd talk to the ones they sent over. I called them back and the owner said they never worked on my watwer heater. He said I stopped payment on my card (which I did several days later because they hadn't returned my calls and broke my water heater.) So yes, I did stop the payment later. It's going to cost me mush more now to fix my water heater than the $206 dollars they charged to replace a $5 hose. The kids he sent over that day said my hot water would be back on in 1/2 hour. I waited til the next day and it never came back. So after several days I stopped the payment because I knew they were ripping me off. Now the RUDE owner is saying I did something to my own hot water heater. I called them the NEXT DAY after they left. No receipt, nothing to sign, and then hiding from me. These guys are horrible and will cost you more than what they ripped you off with originally. They are the most EVIL human beings on the planet. I'm a disabled veteran. They have no morals or shame.
