I specifically asked for an itemized invoice for tax purposes and never received one. For this price point, I expected transparency, documentation, and some type of workmanship guarantee. Kriston put her father on the phone & said I should have never did that because it was an enclosed system & I defiantly need a new one, & would get back on Monday with pricing. called a week later, no answer back.
