The office made a scheduling mistake, so we rescheduled for tomorrow. A few days before my appointment, I received a text saying I would now need to pay an additional $50 "health assessment" fee due to a new Tennessee state law. I looked into it myself and could not find any law specifically requiring this fee. More importantly, this charge is not disclosed anywhere on Groupon or on their website -- even now, after supposedly being "required." New clients are essentially being blindsided with an extra mandatory fee after booking. When I questioned it over text, I requested a phone call for clarification. The manager called me with an immediate attitude, saying, "You asked me to call you," and the conversation only got worse from there. Instead of professionally explaining the situation, I was told my choices were to pay the fee, choose a lesser-value service, or cancel. Every concern I raised was dismissed with "I'm not arguing with you." Very disappointing experience overall. Hidden fees and rude customer service are not okay, especially when customers purchase services expecting transparent pricing upfront. I will not be returning.

She applied nothing to the area after threading, which I did think was odd, but I figured okay, she knows what she's doing. After a few days, my eyelids started to swell and dry out. This photo is from today and all I can do is continue to moisturize my eyelids and hope the swelling goes down. I went to her 8 days ago and am still dealing with this damage.

Not impressed. I have a 4 month contract so I'm stuck for a few more. Most recently I was informed…read morea week in advance that my appointment was canceled, no explanation just that it needed to be rescheduled. I was leaving town 2 days after the appointment, and they were unable to take me in any time slot surrounding that day. This means I paid for a service I didn't get. After pressing I did get a text that I would have a complimentary service, but when I reached out through multiple channels to confirm I am getting no response. I get that emergencies happen (death in the family, who knows), but the fact that there is zero backup is bad business. On top of this, I was 3 minutes late to my last appointment and immediately told I may not be able to get both treatments I booked for. In the 3 prior appointments I waited for 5-10 min after my start time. One of those occasions was for a treatment on someone that worked there. Great business idea, but need people a little more reliable who have a clue to run it.

She gives incredible facials and always recommends great treatment plans for my skin, I can tell she cares a lot about her clients and her work and it shows in her facials. I always purchase one of their medical-grade skin care products before I leave because they are all amazing (specifically ZO's vitamin c serum). Ona runs great promotions and deals, but their prices are fair to begin with. I got Botox for the first time as well recently and the results are wonderful. PLEASE check out Ona Skincare (just leave some appointments for me! ) I'm looking forward to this year of great skin services and hope to try their diamond glow facial and many more treatments!

I had an extremely negative experience with a PRX facial at this clinic, and I would not recommend…read moreit to anyone. Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.
