They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. My 55 year old floors had been covered with old carpet with deteriorated carpet pad, which chemically bonded to and stained the oak floors. I couldn't clean it off by any YouTube technique. I highly recommend William to you and would gladly use his services if another project came up. He had all the heavy equipment, which minimized dust and even sanded close to the shoe molding. He was trustworthy and even did the work while we were out of town. He communicated well and sent pictures to keep us informed of his progress. I hired this company to clean and reseal the grout in my kitchen and three bathroom floors, as well as replace the caulk in my master bathroom shower, clean the shower, apply color seal to the grout lines, and color seal the shower floor. The total cost was $867. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work. There were noticeable errors outside of the grout lines, and whatever was applied to the shower floor and walls began to break down after the very first use. I am still seeing missed spots along the grout lines in the shower--something that should be a straightforward and thorough process. The owner did return once to address some of the issues and committed to coming back a third time to complete the job. While the corrections made resulted in minimal improvement, I have not heard back from him to schedule the promised follow-up visit. If I had the time, I would pursue this matter further, but I do not. Instead, I feel it's important to caution others who may be considering this company for grout work in the Hampton Roads area. The individuals seemed pleasant and professional, but the workmanship did not meet the level of quality I expected or paid for.

The tile guy we hired to install the tile did not know what he was doing and ended up damaging our limestone tile by using harsh chemicals on it. We were so devastated after all the time and hard work we had put into this remodel we thought it would be ruined because the tile we bought was black and the tile guy had turned them light grey with the damaging chemicals. When we realized the floors were severely damaged we called Marblelife at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I expected to leave a voicemail, but Hobie answered my called! We sent him pictures and he came over the next day! He completely restored our tile and it looks as if its brand new again! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged. Even though i was paying regularly and paid more than $10,000 in 4 months he (Adam Clocmur) was intolerant that i was temporarily struggling and threatened me daily with notices and text messages telling me to vacate in 5 days.. so even after i gave him $1,150 he filed for posession the very next day!! The house is grossly overpriced and if the craftmanship of the renovation of this property is any indication of their professional skills dont hire them. It will be overpriced and underperformed.. I have stopped friends family and co workers from what i believe would have been overpriced sub standard work on their businesses and homes...
