I brought in my Expedition XL, and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was spotless, shiny, and looking brand new from top to bottom! Their attention to detail was incredible and their dedication truly set this visit apart - it was my first time there. They cleaned out every cup holder and anywhere that trash could be stuffed. My dashboard was dust-free and the inside of my windows were spotless. What impressed me the most was that cleaning the trunk isn't even part of the service--but mine was full of dog hair, and they took it upon themselves to clean it anyway. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but they did, and it made a world of difference. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated!
