When the terminal would not accept my code, I drove through, parked and found an employee and showed him my receipt. He asked to see my car tag. When I told him I never had one, he claimed my receipt was not from this car wash and that they had NEVER offered the 5 or 10 wash options that I have always bought. I admit I was not pleasant and told him he was either mistaken or just flat out lying. All I know is I still have about 8-9 washes on this receipt (bought the 10 wash deal this past winter) and now it seems I am out $80 or so. Hopefully management will see this and communicate back to me. After notifying the Better Business Bureau, the owner, Joe, asked that I call him. He apologized for his employee's behavior, explained that the kiosk that is used to enter the self-service information had issues, and refunded the remainder of my purchased.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

My…read morecar looked and smelled absolutely amazing - stains I couldn't get out, nooks and crannies I couldn't reach... all gone, clean, and beautiful. It smelled so good and I loved the deep clean - absolutely worth every last cent. I then lost everything I own in a house fire in August. I was able to get a few things back, mostly clothes, which were soaking wet and covered in ash and soot. If you've ever smelled one, you know how distinct the smell of a house fire is, and it's so hard to get the smell out, so it seemed like a nearly impossible task to get the smell out of my car after wet, soot covered clothes were laying on my fabric seats. PressureWorks achieved the impossible, and my car was left looking, AND smelling, just as good as the first time they detailed it. I absolutely recommend that you try PressureWorks - they are dedicated workers who are great at what they do! Thank you PressureWorks!
