During the foam brush phase, the soap coming out was dark blue... that was new. I thought it was a summer, deep clean formula. I brushed and washed the car. During the wash, my hands were stained blue. This has not happened before, and I have used the self-wash bay at least ten times with the foam brush. I finished washing the car and noticed blue spots on my shoes and legs, plus blue hands. I tried to clean it off with water and soap, but very little came off. I went over to the attendant, who was swearing at his co-worker. I explained and showed him my blue hands, and he asked what the problem was. I told him this has never happened before. He was dismissive and frankly a jerk. He said the sign in the bay warns that some staining may happen. I showed him the sign. The sign reads that the conditioner nozzle, not the brush, might stain during use. I told him I used the brush wash, not the conditioner. I was told they were the same formula... seriously?! Luckily, the owner was there, but he was also dismissive, and when I told him I was a loyal customer and that this had never happened, I asked for my money back. He was still defensive and incredulous. The attendant complained that I was aggressive, and I told both of them that I was upset at the terrible customer service and at my damn blue hands and legs. No apologies and no recognition that the brush soap ratio was incorrect. This is strong alkaline soap too. I asked for a refund and the owner acted immature about it - again showing my blue hands and asking him if this has happened before (no response). I decided to leave because they both don't care and have a zero customer service attitude. The blue dye can come off with aggressive scrubbing and baking soda. I can't recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you self-wash.

I am not shy about spending money for premium services. I was looking for people who assist in cleaning the auto. Perhaps it requires an appointment but I ended up just getting a very good auto wash - better than the spray only washes in other places. And the token for vacuum helped too. If the car wash offers other premium services, I would recommend they advertise them openly for newcomers to see. I came, got the car washed, used the token to vacuum, and left. Good wash overall.

First, I wrongly thought that there were some self-service bays at the Exit 11 Car Wash, there are none. What there are at Exit 11 Car Wash are three, brush-less, high pressure water, car washes. Granted its winter, and the roads are dirty, but, our car was not that dirty, and our car came out of the Exit 11 Car Wash about as dirty as it was going into an Exit 11 Car Wash bay. For a Basic Wash we paid Exit 11 Car Wash, $12.00. When I think of the quality of the car wash at the Camps Car Wash in Nashua, the one on Amherst Street, next to Whole Foods, the difference is night and day, with Camps producing a much cleaner car than the Exit 11 Car Wash (for less money than Exit 11 Car Wash). I can't think of any reason to return to Exit 11 Car Wash.

Every time I visit, the entire team greets me with a smile. I really appreciate the car wash service that they provide. They have an upcoming maintenance at the end of August 2026 to add some "top secret" improvements, I can't wait to see! Hopefully they're not closed for too long. Both for my own greediness as well as for the displaced workers without hours until they're back up and running. On the other hand, nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to local indie dealers like Horseless Carriage. These gentlemen are the epitome of chill. Naturally, it helps if you walk in knowing precisely what you want like we did. I was in the market for buying my son a Honda. After weeks of research, we tracked down a nice Accord that practically had his name written all over it. The price seemed fair enough and included all dealer fees, minus registration (which is handled at your local city hall anyway). One thing that immediately stood out to me was their level of trust. They let us take the car for a test drive unsupervised. That's like...unheard of in the mainstream dealership biz. Honestly though, they needn't worry. We were dead set on making a deal with them, so long as the car passed its pre-purchase inspection. Spoilers: it did. We took the car for a test drive and headed straight to VIP Tires just 3 minutes down the road. Other than routine maintenance issues that need to be dealt with, the only real deficiencies were a small hole beneath the flooring due to a ton of rust on the under carriage and a small crack on the windshield; neither of which were deal breakers for us, btw. In the end, the mechanic offered us complimentary windshield repair, a protectant sealant for the under carriage, plus a free oil change at the shop next door. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting that! Now, because they're an independent dealership with what appears to be just two guys working there (mind you, it was Saturday), I'm not sure if in-house financing is even offered here. Not that it mattered to me since, again...I came prepared. I had planned to pay via pre-approved loan from a credit union. The transaction was easy as apple pie. I have a feeling had I done this at a mainstream dealership, I'd have gotten mega pushback to finance through them instead. I must confess, I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. The car buying experiences I've had over the years with past dealers have left me with an inordinate amount of anxiety. So, I always walk in guarded to the gills. But these guys were no pressure, no BS folks just here to make an honest day's living. Ya know how difficult that is to find these days? Now, you're probably wondering if there are any negatives about this place. Well....there is one: the parking. It's horrendous! The lot is full of cars they're trying to sell with no designated spots for customers to park. All things considered though, that's a wicked small price to pay for having the pleasure of doing business with such a well refined business. It's locals taking care of locals and I love it! I can't say enough good things about this place and its integrity, which knows no bounds. So, I'll cap it all off by giving Horseless Carriage 5 very grateful teenaged sons riding off into the sunset in a new-ish Honda out of 5.
