Therapists that don't even work on me know my name. It's so personal there. They take care of you so well. If one can't help you then another will step in. It feels like a family. I'm such an introvert but not there. They make you feel that you matter and make it easy to be an extrovert. I would recommend Advanced Physical Therapy to anyone. I would not go anywhere else. He acknowledged to me he was angry & frustrated with me for lack of progress and this was utterly shocking. He was verbally abusive & humiliated me in front of entire room of staff and patients. Privacy and hippa also not respected here and you will be expected to bare your body in front of whole room with no privacy. They get angry when you request to not expose self to room (ie. private room that they do have) The office management was completely unprofessional in their lack of handling the incidents that occurred. I do not recommend this facility , as their mistreatment was harmful to me

A few cortisone shots later, pcp, rheumatologist and neurologist, I'm at Rehab Dynamics. I had a very pleasant experience with the front desk, unlike the other commenter, and I had the BEST physical therapist, Dr. Brittany. Although I am baby steps with my overall recovery, flare up, and health, Dr. Brittany was informative, extremely smart, a good listener, a great observationist, and really good at her career. But I've always believed that a place is only as good as everyone involved, and I can't overlook the treatment I received from their receptionist, who REALLY needs to rethink her career path. Here's my experience: Three weeks into my treatment, Jen informed me that she'd be going on vacation and I'd be seeing someone else the following week. No problem. The following week, I show up and Miss Congeniality informed me (and the entire lobby) that "You don't have an appointment today, you're not on the list". I reiterated the conversation I had with Jen the previous week, but she continued to state that "Sorry, I don't see your name, you don't have an appointment today". This went back and forth, with me telling her I'd been coming for almost a month, to no avail. Finally, she heaved a huge sigh, rolled her eyes, and said, "Fine, hang on. I'll see if I can find you someone else." Yeah, okay. I canceled my upcoming sessions and walked out the door. Sorry for the inconvenience, B. Maybe try more fiber.
