Outdoor caesars bar below the bridge. We stopped here for a shot just before heading to OMNIA club inside caesars hotel. Tequila shots (double) was for $17. We wanted single shot so he spliced each into 2 for us. So, $17 for 2 people. Still it was cheap compared to what we would have spent in Omnia. It did give us a kick since we had beers and champagne in our limo ride Shot completed our desire of going senseless This place was not so lively and hence doesn't deserve more than 3/5. Server was nice though.

Crap service, I stood at one the "order here" stations for about 7 minutes. All the bartenders saw me and another guy standing there, but they just ignored us. Totally ignored, not even a hey can you move over here. I'm using a cane and mobility scooter to maneuver around because I just had miniscus repair surgery. I ended up having to weave my mobility / handicap scooter around to the other side of this round bar; no easy feat weaving in and out / around bar stools. Now I'm in line waiting my turn and then the bartender that served the guy in front of me decided to serve someone two windows down, oh yes that someone was a couple of really cute attractive girls. Then the other bartender comes up and asks the female customer to my other side ignoring me also. Luckily that other customer told the bartender that I was there first; he reluctantly them agreed to serve me. Ok, yes I'm handicapped right now; fell down a flight of stairs in Afghanistan last year and had surgery last week. I'm still a clean cut serving member of the military. I don't care about the cost of the beer; all the alcohol here in Vegas is overpriced. I care about how those two turds that pretended to provide customer service treated me, by totally ignoring my presence.

Since Las Vegas is Disneyland for adults, I couldn't imagine a more appropriate bar to kick off our trip. A long row of Slurpee-style machines dispense a fruity base to mix with your choice of liquor. Upgrade to premium? Yes. Add a float? Hell ya! Have a wicked hangover the next morning? Yep. This bar is part of the outdoor Caesar's complex along the Strip, so it would be even better on a warm night, but the heat lamps worked just fine. I will never look at 7-Eleven the same way.

Just a transition bar coming from one place to another. Everyone is in a hurry to get there drink on and move to their next destination.

Our experience at Spanish Steps Bar was nothing special. I'm sure they have days when the weather is nice, and they're packed, and it's a fun time; but, unfortunately, our visit was not on one of those days. We stopped here randomly while walking through the outdoor area of our hotel, Caesar's Palace. The weather was beautiful, clear skies and sunny, but it wasn't too hot, so not many people were opting to sit at this bar and drink frozen beverages. (They have beer and cocktails too, but their main draw seemed to be the frozen stuff - they have lots of frozen beverage machines prominently displayed behind the bar.) We wanted a little break from walking, so we chose this spot even though it was dead. There appeared to be two employees working, and neither of them seemed happy about it. We ordered pretty quickly, and received our overpriced frozen drinks without issue. But, they weren't good. I paid for an extra shot of rum in my drink, but I didn't taste any rum at all. The drink just tasted like fake cherry. From our experience I would not recommend this spot. With so many places to check out in Vegas, I would skip this one.

Great place to sit & people watch. We always take a break here before we continue on our way. This time we tried a margarita, it's $13! It was good & cold in this hot day.

Ok so I am giving this place a 1 star so that management pays attention. The staff here was Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! However they are working outside in 116* weather without even a fan!!!!!! Put some mist up and help these bartenders out. This is inhumane you need to keep this good staff around do better

Spanish Steps Bar at Caesars Palace was breezy and relaxing. ESPN NFL on the tv screen and rock on loudspeaker. Jack Frost was icy, strong and sweet. It immediately made my nose nippy.

It's not difficult to spot with this on one side!

Do NOT mistake this little hut outside of Caesar's Palace for the Spanish Steps Bar (which is right adjacent) - it is something waaaay better! Hankering for something to quench our thirst while roaming up and down the strip, we walked out of Caesar's and quickly came upon this nifty little stand. Manned by a single bartender, you walk up, get in line, peruse the menu of mojitos, margaritas, and some "adult" lemonades - then order. The options range from regular to exotic. My guy went with the standard mojito (which was hardly "standard"). Almost all rum, it was mixed immediately and they didn't skip the necessities, including freshly picked and muddled mint leaves. MMM. It was divine. I went with the cherry pink lemonade, which, to my shock, was essentially all cherry vodka, with a splash of refreshingly tart pink lemonade (likely thrown in more for color than anything). Poured over ice, it was easy to drink....perhaps a little too easy. We opted for the large size, which set us back about $18-$24 per drink, but at 24oz, we were set for a while - with possibly the best deal around. I highly recommend this little hut as your first stop on a hot Vegas morning (or afternoon, or evening). You won't regret shelling out some dough for these perfectly shaken, iced beverages. The flavors can't be beat and you can hang onto them as you browse inside the Forum Shops or head up to the Bellagio for some proper gambling. It's one of my first stops whenever in sin city. You're welcome. ;)

The best whiskey anD lemon lime soda drinks in Vegas, hands doWn! Great bartenders, tip them well they know what they're doing!

A good outside bar to people watch at on the Las Vegas strip! Bartenders are pretty personable and funny as well. As for the frozen drinks they are roughly $22 and are essentially just a Fat Tuesday octane, but in Las Vegas pricing / with less alcohol. We only had one drink here before venturing off elsewhere. It's a nice place to stop at if you have been walking around all day though!

Giving this place a 3.5, but rounding it off to 4 stars... While my boyfriend was getting ready at our hotel, I walked down to Caesars in hopes to score some tickets for the Absinthe show. After purchasing them, I had a sudden urge to get a drink at 10 am (hey, it's Vegas), so I stopped by here since it's right next to the ticket booth. As I was waiting for him, I got a small frozen Mojito for $13... It was good and hit the spot, however, I find this place to be ridiculously expensive, even for Vegas. But due to it's AWESOME location for people watching and viewing the Bellagio fountains, this place gets 4 stars in my book.

This is a nice place to grab a drink and people watch. Drinks are pricey since it's on the strip, but it's a nice location in front of Ceasar's Palace.

From the second you walk in, she greets you like family, and before you've even settled onto your stool, your drink is already on its way, made exactly how you like it. Mine's a Tanqueray and tonic, my wife's is a lemon drop, and Rachel has never once needed a reminder. She doesn't just do that for us. She knows everyone at that bar by name and exactly what they drink. And those drinks are killer. Her lemon drop is perfectly balanced, never too sweet, and my T&T comes out crisp and right every time. You can tell she takes real pride in her craft. But what really sets her apart is her energy. Rachel lights up the whole room. She's quick, she's funny, she's warm, and she makes a busy bar feel like your neighborhood spot. She's juggling a full bar and still makes every person feel like the most important customer there. Mark my words: one day Rachel is going to be running her own place, and when she does, we'll be the first ones through the door. Until then, Sammy's is lucky to have her. If you're coming in, sit at the bar and ask for Rachel. You'll thank me later.

It went downhill from there. I ordered an omelette but was served a scrambled mess. When I told her I ordered an omelette not scrambled eggs she said "oh that's how he cooked it". I couldn't put enough salt and pepper to make it edible. The breakfast potatoes weren't even warm and had no flavor at all. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and no peppers. The glorious Double Down Saloon. In the modern era of glitzy, flashy, and ultra processed Vegas,…read morethe DD will provide you with an absolute respite from all of that the moment you walk in the door. This is a glorious punk-oriented dive bar. That should be real clear from the distance you have to travel into a very undescript section of Vegas to get to it. On the outside, everything should already be screaming YES to you if you have a taste for great bars like these. For example, the first time I ever visited, on top of the marquee bill was Jello Biafra. Yeah it's like that. The music, the vibe, the crud - it's all on point. The cocktails are colorfully named and presented (I'm sure plenty of reviews will highlight the toilet shot) but I'd say they're kind of the weakest part of this joint. Just stick to straight booze, rejoice that you're not surrounded by as loud AF bachelorette party on a casino floor, and get hammered in the "Happiest Place on Earth'.

Fantastic grungy dive bar in Las Vegas!…read more I honestly can't believe it's taken us so long to check this venue out, especially since concerts are always free here. Our favorite punk band, The Mormons, happened to be playing here which is what drew us in. Loved the atmosphere with dollar bills and some R rated photo strips hanging around the bar area along with various stickers & graffiti filling the rest of the space. Truly feels like a quintessential Vegas dive bar. Bartenders weren't overly friendly, just there to do their job, but they served beers / cocktails quickly. We had a few PBR's which were $5 each. Fellow patrons were really friendly. I even made a friend during the show! For anyone with sensitive ears, the speakers are LOUD, so be sure to bring your ear protection. I loved the loud music, but my husband was suffering a bit. As per a usual dive bar, it is also smoky inside. If cigarette smoke bothers you, snag a spot near the entrance since they leave the door open for fresh air. This was everything I expected from a dive bar with a small stage for cool bands. We'll be back!
