RUINED MY TEETH ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MONEY…read more I was a patient of 2 years back in 2018-2020 and I WOULD NEVER EVER USE KORCH AGAIN. Korch orthodontics not only kept me in my braces extra long for no medical reason during COVID using the pandemic as an excuse to push it months when realistically they would rather have spent their limited appointments at the time installing new braces on customers because it makes them money unlike me who was already paid in full. Also upon the late removal of my braces they ripped the enamel off of two of my teeth and neglected to follow up on it or make it right and I'm still to this day having surgery's to remove teeth messed up on the behalf of the careless, selfish team at Korch orthodontics. All this company cares about is money and not their patients. I'd like to just reiterate that my prolonged braces was not because of government shit downs it was Dr.Susan Korchs business that chose to give my appointments to new customers so they could profit. YOU ALSO RUINED 2 of my teeth that have now cost 100's/1000's of dollars and multiple surgeries to fix and you neglect to acknowledge that or admit it was because you are not good at what you do. Once they have your money, it's impossible to get appointments; you don't get a good sense of what's going on with your child's treatment; they hound you for money (and even lied to me about insurance issues); they only schedule appointments in the middle of the school day and have very few before/after school hours; they tell the kids to wear their logo'ed shirts, but then never give them reward points, etc. We can't wait to be done here.

We sincerely love the friendly staff and Dr. O is tops in our opinion. We recently had the misfortune to visit an orthodontist office here in the Harrisburg area and were sad to know that their patients were not getting excellent treatment in the kind of friendly and relaxed environment that WE are accustomed to. I usually don't like to mention names, but one office was (that begins with gh and ends with osh) was particularly rude. I checked Yelp & after reading the reviews for this office I knew I could call this office for help. Sure enough, when I called and began explaining our dilemma, the sweat young Lady who answered said "come on over," asking only our location - as they were closing at 5pm. We drove an hour (each way) out of our way and they GAVE us a package of bands and wouldn't take any money for them! Actions speak so much louder than words, don't they? If I am ever asked who I would trust in this area with my children's or my own orthodontic needs I know what I will tell them & why. I saw I could trust these Good People at Susquehanna Orthodontics.
