Frustrated with the lack of customer service at Allstate Insurance I called this agency. My call was answered immediately and I was invited to their office immediately. I was greeted by Mari who invited me to sit at her office. I explained everything to her. She was very attentive and took a real interest in my insurance needs of three vehicles, home, vacation home and some special rider policies. she promised a quote by the end of the day. The quote came very nicely laid out with great explanations of the coverage. went in the next day and everything was compared. There were some great additions. and a couple of differences. I asked if my wife could join us in the next meeting so that we could finalize things. we had the meeting but unfortunately we could not move forward due to an unfortunate incident the previous day. Mari had some great advice. I was never pressured and she was very honest and open when comparing the coverages of both companies. I appreciated her help, support and guidance beyond words. we will be back next year to make the move from the on line insurance Allstate as become to Desjardin where customer service still ranks number one!
