John Mather's went through it with a fine tooth comb and when the results of his findings came back I was horrified. I now am a client of Mather's Insurance Agency and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders like you wouldn't believe. There still are good people out there along with good insurance companies. This one, I am keeping for life. If you think, or have that gut feeling that something isn't right with your policy, please reach out to them. Top notch ! I can not explain my gratitude! Although my closing for my house took so long, Stephen was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions. He was very prompt at getting back to me via email or phone. But most of all, he didn't force me to be with allstate. He always gave me the option of shopping around. He put my needs first, rather than his business. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to the Schrock Insurance Group. Hope they are all as great at Stephen there! I even got gift cards for recommending people :) Just an update again to remind how awesome they are. Got an additional gift card from a raffle and a wonderful message from Steve! They've seen this a few times in the 26 years. One week I'm at Nathan grooves with Bethany who is wonderful. And the next they can't find my policy, never could pay my July bill. She had to contact corporate to get my policy back from this guy. She says she has never had this occur . I never signed papers nor gave a payment method to Adam . Bethany had a better rate. That would signify I'm not interested and to get lost. As a customer I don't freaking owe an explanation. As if my toddler wasn't already on hospice and going for double hip repair as well battling kidney and epilepsy diseases . ... smh This agent made my family holiday plans in July a nightmare of stress. He crossed the line. I don't recommend this agent. Hell to the no. I'm a 29 year old kid trying to be responsible and pay my bill and this guy discourages me. Why did I deserve this ???
