I'd highly recommend this facility for anyone, especially downtown dwellers or if you live close to downtown. This place is completely secure and has 24 hour monitoring and onsite presence. The loading dock or side accesses are very roomy and convenient.

I've been renting from this facility since it opened (more on this later) and can honestly say that…read morethis has been the best experience I've ever had renting a storage space. Taylor (Owner and Site Supervisor) and Gabriel (Facility Manager) have gone above and beyond in every regard to provide me with the best customer service and all of the accomodations I could need. There are three floors packed with units ranging from a humble 4'x4' to units that could hold an entire household of 6's belongings. Every unit offers indoor, climate-controlled security with keypad entry. The top floor is street-level and houses the front office. It has a massive garage door that opens into a loading bay with a custom-made ramp that cleverly incorporates stairs into its design. The bottom floor offers direct access to the units through an equally large garage door with a fenced-in loading area, and there is also a unit available for vehicle storage. The middle floor is spectacular in its own right, with a huge street-accessible parking lot (available to all tenants) built on a plateau adjoined to the building with a robust walking bridge and a door large enough to accommodate tenants with large pieces of furniture. There is a bathroom available on the top floor as well as an entrance to the front office. Some of the superior services and conveniences I've experienced during my time renting here: * When I was moving in (an arduous feat for one man as I had a lot to move), Taylor and Gabriel both offered something to drink, as well as any physical help I might need. * A couple of occasions I have needed access outside of normal business hours. I simply contacted the MOD and was granted access. * I had a wire shelf that had come undone from its frame. I asked one of the maintenance staff if he had his welder with him and he confirmed that he did. I stepped out to grab some more items from my car for no more than ten minutes, and when I came back, he already had my shelf repaired and waiting by my unit. He insisted that he needed no compensation when I offered to pay him for his service, stating "It was no problem at all" with a smile. * I had lost the key to my lock. Taylor offered both her assistance and the tools necessary to remove the lock. * One time, the anti-theft system on my car prevented me from starting it while I was parked in the loading bay. Gabriel continued to check on me and offer his assistance, asking if there was anything I needed. The situation caused me to be there long after business hours, but Gabriel assured me there was nothing to worry about and made himself available until I finally got everything packed away. * Carts of all sizes and degrees of maneuverability are on-site and available to tenants, including a shopping cart. * Welcoming good vibes, patience, and overall friendly interactions with management. * Incredible pricing and units available in every size imaginable. * Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Little Rock. * Full integration with any U-Haul account. I can pay rent, see my payment history, active rentals and more from my U-Haul app. * A sturdy Chateau disk lock provided free with every rental, as well as a trendy key fob so you can easily identify the key to your unit. * An adorable and super-friendly tactical office dog that loves to watch you while you unload as much as she loves a good petting. So far, I fail to find anything to complain about. The entire facility is incredibly secure with cameras inside and out, and every point of the exterior is video recorded and monitored 24/7. There is a manager on-site 24/7 as well, and in the event that anything were to happen there is already somebody at the scene to expedite the resolution of any situation that might arise. I truly feel like my things are safe, and I am constantly made aware that I am a valued customer at USA Self Storage's Union Station location.

I hired All My Sons on February 14th to move me from my 2 bedroom apartment to a nearby storage…read moreunit, and my experience was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. When I booked, I was told the hourly rate would be $135 (discounted from $149), plus a 12% service charge, and that my starting total would be around $300 before they even began. I was very clear that I did NOT need any packing materials because I already had my own boxes, tape, and supplies. I was quoted $486 for two hours including the service charge and paid a $100 deposit. The movers were scheduled between 8:30-9:30 AM but called at 7:30 saying they were on the way. Once they arrived, my paid time started while I was made to go through paperwork that should have been handled beforehand. The two movers, Thomas and Xavier started at 8:50. At one point, Xavier literally stood there watching Thomas struggle with my bed frame, and when I asked him, "What are you doing?" he replied, "Looking." That alone speaks volumes about the lack of teamwork and professionalism. Around 9:20 AM, I received a call from a company rep asking, "How is it going?" At that point, nothing had actually been moved yet -- they were still wrapping my couch, which I never requested. I didn't make a big deal out of it because it had only been about 45 minutes into packing and I didn't want my dissatisfaction to impact how they handled my belongings, so I simply responded, "It's going." In my bedroom, nearly an hour was wasted trying to take apart my bed because they didn't bring a drill -- basic equipment for dismantling furniture. What makes it worse is that after spending all that time on it, the bed was still left sitting in my apartment, along with my dining table, gaming chair, several boxes, and other items. I now have to hire another company to finish a job that should have been completed. Luckily I packed my own kitchen up even though they offered a free kitchen pack! They would have never gotten to it at the rate/speed they moved . Without telling me, they left my apartment and went to the next stop while I was still packing. The stop was less than half a mile away , they were supposed to drop a bed off and reassemble it. Because of all the delays/lack of urgency , the bed was only dropped off, not set up. When we arrived at the storage unit, I was told my balance was $861, including $135 for materials I specifically declined. I didn't argue -- I simply reminded them that I had already said no to materials and was told I wouldn't be charged. They removed it, bringing the total to $756, which is still far beyond what I was originally quoted for incomplete work. Nearly $800 for incomplete work. No sense of urgency at all! I should've have had a camera rolling but I didn't think that would be necessary. What upset me the most was the lack of accountability. I didn't receive a single apology, thank you, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead, Thomas got on the phone with someone named Holly on speaker, saying he needed to be paid for all his time. She giggled and said, "I got you, you're good," as if my concerns didn't matter at all. This experience felt disorganized, slow, and misleading from beginning to end. I will never recommend this company. Oh and I decided to take a picture of Xavier after about the 3rd time I walked in and he was on the phone.. I'm not a hard person and I hate babysitting grown people but I guess should have told them to leave the phones in the car and move with urgency!

We were quoted approximately $1,000 to move our three bedroom house approximately 20 minutes away from our current house. The interesting part is that we move from the exact two houses in reverse order approximately two years ago and the total cost was $700. The actual movers moved extremely slow and when they arrived at the house, they told me the bill was actually $2,000 and I had to pay before they would start unloading. I felt as though I had no choice and went ahead and paid so they would hold my belongings hostage. I will be calling our Attorney Generals office to report and see what their opinion is.
