The two men he had assigned to move the furniture were very friendly and polite, but not very professional in the sense that they asked the homeowner that we purchased the sofa set from to use their bathroom and asked them for some water. One also asked to use our bathroom upon delivery. It's my opinion that they should have their own water and should have used their facilities before they left or stopped to use the facilities somewhere before they picked up the order and/or stopped before delivery. Although they were 15 min late for the appointment time already, so maybe that's why they did not want to stop on the way, but that's still no excuse to ask to use a homeowners bathroom in my opinion. They did do a wonderful job of protecting the furniture by wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They also did a wonderful job of setting up our furniture in our home. For the delivery, Mike also had given his team the wrong delivery address for our home, missed a digit, so it took longer for them to get here. Since they charge by the hour, that isn't a good thing, although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. They did adjust their hourly rate by an extra 15 minutes, so that probably made up for any additional expense that it would've made. We just had to wait a little longer for our delivery than anticipated. Not a huge difference for us, but might be critical to someone else.

Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. I like that fact that we have a spot that is underneath the overhang and has access to electricity. This way we can keep the inside temp at around 78 degrees all year round when we are not using it. It is great for me, a person with allergies and we can keep the air purifier running. It's so much easier for us to clean the inside in a comfortable temperature. We also have unlimited access to the truck wash which is included in the fee and you can wash and vacuum your car too. We have access to the dump and water too. There is a restroom for you to use in the main building along with a conference room that is available for rent. Did I mention that it is gated?! There is full time staff there that is on the premises and it is family run. This way we don't have to worry about theft or break ins. Our RV remains protected from high winds and hurricanes too. Last year after Ian we were able to take our RV to the east coast until we got our water and electric back in Cape Coral. I highly recommend Diplomat RV and Storage and their staff is exceptional!

This review is strictly for refilling empty propane tanks!…read more We had such trouble finding a refill station for empty propane tanks and then we stumbled upon Florida Gas! They are conveniently located off of Alico Rd. You simply drive up and the employee working the station fills you up and lets you know how much it will be. We paid $46 for two refills (20lb tanks each). While we were there we asked about their other options and they do have full tanks you can purchase which seemed like a good deal. Their 100lb tank was $300 full. I would definitely recommend!

Manager later terminated my service without my knowledge or written notice, as required under our contract, after stating I would report them to the state for an apparent data breach. Leaving a customer with low fuel before an impending storm is completely unethical. Upon finding a new company, I was stunned to learn they'd been charging me nearly double the going rate for propane delivery.

Where the lock for my storage locker was. The door-lock was not working . Without being able to get access to this locker for the storage locker. I could not use the storage location. They said they were going to give me a refund. It's been a month. I've got no refund I've gotten a bill for the next month storage. Which I cannot use because I couldn't get into the storage office to get a lock for the storage location after 4 Hour road trip. Do not do business with this company. I called them about a refund. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I still not have gotten my refund. I have wasted over three hours of my time with this company. I have never been treated so poorly by any company. The guy on the phone knew the door-lock on the office did not work and yet they still take money and do business.

The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place. I can't stress enough how much that helped me! I have a couple of physical issues, and I was pretty much done half-way through, but they just took care of it all, and now I can at least get ready for work in the morning.
