I have not practiced yoga since trying Hatha yoga for a while during the 1970s and early 1980s,…read morealthough I have continued to meditate off and on over the decades. I was devastated by my husband's unexpected death early this year, and was having a horribly difficult time climbing out of deep depression. Honestly, I was having a difficult time even getting out of bed. I recently began going to Agame Yoga and trying several of the different disciplines. All of the instructors are kind and caring, and just walking into the building makes me feel calm and welcome. I also am recovering from a shoulder injury. Since beginning classes and practice at Agame and following up at home in the past several weeks, I am already noticing an improvement in my depression -- moving toward acceptance -- and physical improvement with my shoulder. I highly recommend Agame to anyone thinking about starting yoga practice or picking it up again after a long lapse. They offer an "unlimited yoga, try everything" package for about $30 for your first month, and I found that very helpful in choosing classes. I highly recommend Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for those dealing with great stress. The premises are exceptionally clean, with ample parking, and the staff cares that you are there, thanks you for coming, and warmly welcomes you each time they see you. I strongly recommend Agame to everyone and plan to continue and expand my classes and practice there.

I have been to a couple of other studios around the area out of curiosity and none even came close to the relaxation that I got at Agame. Relaxing doesn't mean easy either, the teachers are skilled at judging their classes and make sure that you give your body a nice work out. I always leave stress free and have a ton of energy after my practice. I have been taking the Hot Yoga classes as well as the morning classes. I highly recommend, that you come and experience it for yourself. It is like no other Yoga studio in the area.

This gym is everything I ever wanted in a gym and more. The facility is very well maintained,…read morethere's good variety of machines and equipment, and the staff is super friendly/helpful. Monthly fees are $50 a mo but you get 24/7 access to this location and any location in the world after 30 days. If you bring a guest, it's only $7 for them to workout with you. I really like that unless this location is your home gym, that folks can't bring a guest. This specific location isn't huge so them limiting guests to only those whose home gym is the Chartes location keeps it from ever feeling swamped. For the most part, any time I've worked out here, there's never been more than a dozen folks or so. It's extra empty early in the mornings expect Mondays b/c people are trying to repent for their weekend sins. Afternoons and early evenings are definitely the busiest times but even then, it's manageable. The weight room never feels crammed and I like that most of the time, the male to female ratio in the weight room is equitable. In many other gyms, I've felt intimidated but that's not the case here. Occasionally there's a dude bro or two that are grunting and making weird sounds as they lift unnecessary amounts of weight but for the most part, everyone is pleasant and relatively quiet. I have to say I mega appreciate that they have two single-person use bathrooms that have showers. Bathrooms are often a huge source of stress for me because I am very masculine presenting so it was SO important to me to be able to not think twice about using the bathroom or showers so that I can wash up and change before work.

The owners do a fine job on staying on tip of equipment repairs and updates. Great use of space for the equipment they have. I truly feel this is the best gym all around
