Their online scheduling tool doesn't work at all and I called them about it. They were rude and told me to wait until midnight for it to "update". I stayed up until 1:30 AM, continually checking their online scheduling tool and it didn't update at all. It still didn't work the next morning. I called them 4 times during their working hours and no one picked up. It should not be this hard to schedule an appointment at all. It's not a browser-related issue (as I have an up-to-date browser and I tested it on my phone and iPad as well only to face the same issue) and I even asked if I could schedule an appointment over the phone. They were like "Uhh, nope. Tough luck buddy." I had to cancel both Groupons. This place doesn't understand customer service at all.

I filled out my paperwork and the host showed me around. Literally everything you need is there. I would say that if you have had any ear problems to bring the good rubber ear plugs. The ones they provide are perfectly fine, but tend to get saturated with water at a certain point and can begin to leak. Not at all the fault of the establishment; at least they provide something. I had an incredible experience that had me walking back out into reality with a calm I hadn't experienced in a very long time. While I think another session or two would allow me to really let go and get ultimate benefit out of the tank, one session was enough to loosen me up and give me a different view of the craziness of life. I will definitely be coming back for future float sessions! If you're on the fence about it, just go for it. Don't let the other review sway you in any way. The host was very gracious and the experience was great!

She was so welcoming and hospitable. Her set up and her presence provided so much comfort and warmth going into the session, throughout, and afterwards. I wasn't sure what to expect with this so the visions I saw and the heavy emotions that flowed through seemed random until she put it into words. Not only was she so compassionate and thoughtful in helping me understand what I had just experienced, she also walked me through what to expect in the days to come. Even after heading back into my normal life routine, I still feel like I'm living in a different dimension because of what I experienced at Iridescent Healing. Met is a true healer and guide. I was devastated by my husband's unexpected death early this year, and was having a horribly difficult time climbing out of deep depression. Honestly, I was having a difficult time even getting out of bed. I recently began going to Agame Yoga and trying several of the different disciplines. All of the instructors are kind and caring, and just walking into the building makes me feel calm and welcome. I also am recovering from a shoulder injury. Since beginning classes and practice at Agame and following up at home in the past several weeks, I am already noticing an improvement in my depression -- moving toward acceptance -- and physical improvement with my shoulder. I highly recommend Agame to anyone thinking about starting yoga practice or picking it up again after a long lapse. They offer an "unlimited yoga, try everything" package for about $30 for your first month, and I found that very helpful in choosing classes. I highly recommend Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga for those dealing with great stress. The premises are exceptionally clean, with ample parking, and the staff cares that you are there, thanks you for coming, and warmly welcomes you each time they see you.
