Your average Bank of America. The Staff here was friendly, but being towards the end of the day,…read moreyou could tell that most of them were on their last leg and wanted to go home. I was able to get everything I needed to be completed done rather quickly and was able to head out in a timely manner. The location has a nice amount of parking on all sides, including a few spots in the back. This place also has a couple walk-up ATM's that were a little too close to each other so I felt like the person next to me was breathing down my neck. The drive-thru atm is located on one side of the building and has a nice amount of space incase you have a bigger car and have to swing wide to pull up to it as well! The bank was also very clean and well lit and had a security guard inside so I felt a bit safer while I was doing my withdrawal.

Your average Bank of America that will get you everything you need in a somewhat timely manner…read more From the couple times I have been here, the staff is friendly for thr most part but you can tell that they are not in a rush whatsoever because I have seen the faces of other patrons here and I can tell that some have been here a while and are sick of the waiting in line. The bank is very clean and well lit and I feel safe when I am waiting to be helped! The location is very clean and there is more than enough space for people to stand inside without feeling like I am going to be shoulder to shoulder with people. The parking lot is private so anyone in the lot should most likely be coming to this bank. I have never seen the parking lot more than half full which is a good thing when I am on the run and need to stop here for a quick minute! The location offers walk up ATM's as well as a drive up one. I do wish the walk up ATM's were a bit more spaced out but if no one else is at the machine I don't have any issues feeling close to people.

My experience has been quite the opposite of some of the other reviewers. We visit this branch…read moreoccasionally, and have been there three times recently with matters requiring more than a teller. Yes, there is usually a bit of a wait, but that is not unexpected as we didn't make advance appointments. Today we were grateful to work with Ms. Yessica Gonzalez, who has helped us on other visits. She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. We have been very impressed and happy with almost all aspects of this branch - most definitely 5-star, if not more.

There is a longer line for the window and only one person working behind the window. After a bit of a wait and 4 people were taken, another person finally came to the window to help with the line. The teller who helped me was friendly and efficient. This location is on the bigger side and feels a little bit sterile. There are a lot of open cubicles with bankers meeting with customers. I don't like this type of openness in a place where you are potentially discussing your financial matters for everyone else to hear your business.

A nice little review to start off 2024!…read more My closest bank to me is this location, and while it has some real nice aspects of it, let's get the not so good stuff out of the way. The parking is absolutely horrible and gets confusing. There is one part that is a one way and then a couple that aren't but they can get confusing real darn quick! I've also had a couple people just sitting in the parking lot that were odd so I've left and come back another time, I think they should definitely try to get their security to do something about it. The benefits of this location are plenty at least! I do like how they have more than one ATM outside and that it is right next to the windows, so you are always in view of someone here during the daytime! Their staff is also super friendly and everytime in here, I feel welcomed which is good because all of my money is stored with this company! Overall a good bank with friendly tellers! They also have an ample amount of drive thru spots to use if you need to talk to someone while you're on the go!

Good Customer service at the Plantation, Florida branch is definitely not their priority. I waited…read more30 minutes to see someone to help me. The woman came out to the waiting area and asked me what I needed and when I told her I needed help with my online account she didn't seem interested in helping me. she didn't even let me explain what exactly I needed help with. She immediately told me that it might be something wrong with my phone and to go see my phone carrier. I was in awe. i tried to explain it to her and she told me to just download the app. At that point I just gave up and left. I bet anything that if I told her I was there to open an account she would have had a different attitude. she was such an ogre.

BE CONSISTANT AND CLOSED THE DOOR LIKE THE OTHERS AROUND YOU!…read more This was one of the most unnecessarily frustrating banking experiences I have encountered, and the issue was not the complexity of the transaction, it was the lack of consistency, preparation, and basic process knowledge from leadership down to the frontline staff. The purpose of the visit was simple: open an account for the monthly deposit of Social Security funds. We arrived with the Social Security award letter, identification, and supporting documentation. Instead of being provided with a clear checklist of everything required at the beginning, information was given piece by piece. After spending considerable time entering information and supposedly creating a profile, we were told an original birth certificate was needed. We left the branch and began driving to retrieve it. While already on the road, the bank called and suddenly advised that the Social Security card was also needed even though we had specifically been told during the appointment that the birth certificate was the only additional document required. We returned with both documents expecting the process to continue from the profile we had already been told was established. Instead, another employee appeared to restart much of the process, repeatedly went into another office for assistance, spent additional time at the copier, asked numerous questions, and recreated information that supposedly had already been entered. Then, after all of that, we were told at the very end that $25 was required to open the account. Again, this was information that should have been communicated at the beginning. This is not acceptable customer service. Customers do not work for Wells Fargo and should not be expected to know the bank's internal requirements. If an account requires specific identification, original documents, a Social Security card, an opening deposit, or any other documentation, provide the customer with a complete checklist before beginning the process. What should have been a straightforward account opening turned into multiple trips, conflicting instructions, duplicated work, and a significant waste of time. The Wells Fargo location near Broward Mall needs immediate attention to employee training, leadership oversight, process consistency, and customer communication. A financial institution should inspire confidence that employees understand their own procedures. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Save yourself the unnecessary frustration, time, and energy unless this branch improves its training and account-opening process.

She had to make some phone calls and unfortunately, at the time, there was a 30-45 min wait. I didn't have that much time to stay and wait so Gina offered to call them the following day when she has more time and she could call me back with some answers for me. I was grateful she offered to do that. Saves me so much time. The next day, Gina called me and left a message. I was back in the area so I just stopped by and she explained to me what needed to be done to resolve our situation. I was so appreciative of her willingness to go above and beyond to help me. On top of that, she was super nice too. I thanked her for her time and effort. Funny enough, I had to come back around in the drive through to get a lollipop for my daughter as promised. Gina was the bank teller at the time and we were laughing. I asked her for a lollipop, specifically orange if they had that flavor, otherwise anything will do. She said she will do her best. So she sends back a small bouquet of lollipop flavor options, like 5 total since they didn't have orange flavor. Whoa. Made my kid's day! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service Gina! We know where to go if we need to come back to Truist.
