The drive-thru atm is located on one side of the building and has a nice amount of space incase you have a bigger car and have to swing wide to pull up to it as well! The bank was also very clean and well lit and had a security guard inside so I felt a bit safer while I was doing my withdrawal.

The bank is very clean and well lit and I feel safe when I am waiting to be helped! The location is very clean and there is more than enough space for people to stand inside without feeling like I am going to be shoulder to shoulder with people. The parking lot is private so anyone in the lot should most likely be coming to this bank. I have never seen the parking lot more than half full which is a good thing when I am on the run and need to stop here for a quick minute! The location offers walk up ATM's as well as a drive up one. I do wish the walk up ATM's were a bit more spaced out but if no one else is at the machine I don't have any issues feeling close to people.

The teller who helped me was friendly and efficient. This location is on the bigger side and feels a little bit sterile. There are a lot of open cubicles with bankers meeting with customers. I don't like this type of openness in a place where you are potentially discussing your financial matters for everyone else to hear your business.

The other major thing, which is most dismissive about the location, is the overall access. The branch is located within a highly-trafficked retail strip. It is actually dangerous to drive in and out of the branch with traffic coming at you from all different directions without adequate stop signs. So she sends back a small bouquet of lollipop flavor options, like 5 total since they didn't have orange flavor. Whoa. Made my kid's day! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service Gina!
