They allow you to bring outdoor food for the party, there's not much restrictions which is great compared to other indoor playgrounds. I also brought my kids back here for a drop in play session. But by 10 am, 3 birthday parties arrived and it was so NOT fun anymore, it was a total 180. It was absolute mayhem. Kids grabbing toys out of other kid's hands. Kids rolling cars and shopping carts over toes. Everything was thrown all about, so you just entered a room into total disarray. Parents and kids not removing their shoes as asked. Pushing. Shoving. If you can get there when it's empty, a total pleasure. Otherwise I'd say skip.

Third time here, this time for a drop in with friends and this place has been around for years now…read more We came at 10:30am on a Saturday and it had some kids but not crowded. By noon and onwards it gets very busy and crowded at the play junctions due to birthday parties starting up. It'll ebb and flow but it can be too chaotic for some people so I'd recommend come once it's opened(and watch your kid) From the front entrance to thoughtful touches throughout, this place is well run. I'm actually surprised and not grossed out so far, cuz anything to do with kids does not stay clean. Once you enter and pay, you head to the right hallway to remove shoes then around the bend to hang up jackets afterwards. This keeps the front tidy and dry, as it being a socks only environment, it's especially needed in the winter from the salt rocks getting tracked in. There are half doors for in and out traffic and lots posted signs for rules and directions. The washrooms offer flip flops and some carpeted areas to keep feet comfy, change tables and wipes and looks clean for the few hours I've been here today. The snack bar offers coffee and drinks, snack sized chips and on weekends pizza by the slice or full party (20 slices) can be freshly ordered in (25-40 mins for delivery). This is a nice option so you can play a little longer here and not be hangry. Lots of tables and chairs to eat at and to watch the action. Tip: I asked staffed so it's confirmed. You are allowed to go back out and bring back in food! WHAT?!? YASS you can! three of us parents left and went to McD's(down the street) and brought back a whack of takeout, sat here on the tables to enjoy it without the guilt and enjoyed are mc Cafes and kids meals no problem. We cleaned up after ourselves and everyone else followed suit with their Starbucks, packed lunches and take out. The staff do their best to keep up with tidying up the front, sweeping salt rocks, running the cafe and keeping an eye out for kids climbing unsafe structures. I saw a staff kindly remove a boy climbing on the princess castle and another off the toddler netting and no parents around to claim these kids. This is the only part I'm concerned about but it's really the parents to keep watch on their kids playing safely. Staff don't patrol for safety and waiver states this (as I see a kid crying in a corner and more than one on the trampoline) Toys, there's lots and they are well maintained and newish looking. I've been to other places where the sticker of the cars are scrubbed off or looks worse than second hand, the ones here all look clean or new. With lots of roaming room to play, they even have 2 Thomas train roller coaster(step2) that gives little ones quite a thrill, and made the day for one parent hogging it! Parents are allowed up in the play structures and down the slides, max 250lbs. There's a fenced and netted area for kids under 3, couches, benches all around and even 2 coin operated massage chairs! We were here from 10:30am-4pm! I noticed a staff with a handheld dyson, vacuuming the floors and up into the play structures, and another sweeping the front foyer, so it shows they do clean but these places are very hard to stay clean. Conclusion: play places are a lawless chaotic jungle of excitement, know your kids ability to play and please watch them closely or they can get hurt.

The multi-level climbing structures, winding slides, and dedicated ball pits provide hours of active entertainment. Parents particularly appreciate the separate toddler area, which ensures a safe, manageable space for smaller children away from the older kids' more boisterous play. While the facility is clean and well-lit, it can get quite loud and busy during weekend birthday parties. However, the inclusive pricing and ample seating make it a practical, high-value choice for a rainy-day outing or a celebratory group event. (104 words)

I love the concept of STEM and Wooden build stations here, with enough room for a jungle gym on the other side. So much potential of creativity like a science centre; but it gets a bit crazy with how some kids chose to play. This is the closest idea to Rochester's Strong Museum in GTA. There's a small toddler area for under 3. The play area is separated by a baby gate with a pull lock at the front desk so kids are all contained. The check in area can get very crowded and loud, especially as they're trying to explain rules, waivers, payment. The tables for snacking/adults have comfy chairs but are also taken up quickly. Lots of snacks and bottled drinks for sale at decent prices. Coffee and espresso beverages come from a machine that currently offers only milk, and only one shot of milk for your coffee . So if you need cream for your coffee check first as was not ready at my visit. So a small flat white was $5.75, but they offer free flavour syrup shots. Sensory sensitivity: Loudness was pretty high. Between music at the stem station, clashing and dropping of toys, the huge light bright tubes, it was hard to have conversations. If your child cannot tolerate it bring headphones. Tips: -Read the long rules first! -Bring your own grip socks(mandatory here for $3/x) -Adults must be in socks no shoes allowed past foyer, bring your own slippers -No charging areas for your electronics(yet..) Really fun place, kids had a blast with their friends. Staff kept the place tidy and vacuumed crumbs often. Will visit again.

It's a decent size playground with a few party rooms. They offer various birthday packages depending on number of guests you have. The thing I don't like about it is it's $15.99 for each additional child and $7.99 for each additional adult so it can certainly rack up the bill quickly. I have also looked into booking my kid's birthday here however after doing my calculations and research,I find it's more pricey compare to other places so I didn't bother with it. The drop in play rates are not too expensive. It ranges from $9.99-$16.99 per child depending on their age and when you go whether it's weekdays or weekend. Adults are free with 1 paying child. Overall this playground is not bad, would consider bringing my kids back.

The forest-like entry leading to the check in desk was super cute, check in process was quick (you'll need to sign a waiver for the kids) and after a wristband (to see which patrons' 2-hour play was up), you can remove your shoes, put them in the cubby hole and hang up your jackets (this was a plus since everyone has a bulky jacket during the winter months). There is a stage for kids to sing karaoke and record 360-degree dance videos. You can also check their schedules online as there are bands, princesses, face painting, magic show and the like. There are lots of picnic tables for parents to sit and for birthday parties. There are cute trees and 3D art scattered throughout so it feels like you're in a magical forest. My kids gravitated to the rides - you can ride a dinosaur or drive a 2-person LED-lit car. The vehicles move super slow so even toddlers. An manage them. You basically drive in a circle around this lit up floral/grass area. Right outside this space was the VR experience. Not only do you put on the VR glasses, but the entire 'car' moves (very gently). The first game I played was to shoot the red bugs - you look at the bug, then press the button on your seat to shoot them. I did ask if the VR experience can be ramped up if there are no kids aboard - and they do! We did a walk through of a creepy psychiatric hospital. There is also a huge ball pit area. There was a jungle gym within the ball pit and all along the walls were interactive play tubes. My kids also like the tabletop games, it's a huge touch screen running Android apps. There was also an interactive glowing tile floor. This was difficult to play cuz everyone was running in it at the same time and not really following the rules. Overall, my family had an amazing time. It would be nice if the interactive vehicles went a bit faster and maybe have a cafe of some sort to buy coffee.
