This place is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I received a couples massage and we were both incredibly happy with our experience. Especially for the price of the massage, this place is easily our new favorite thing to do when we need to relax! It may not be in the best location or have your typical "spa" looks to it on the outside, but it is absolutely worth a try. You will not be disappointed! Also, the ladies were so sweet and went out of their way to make us comfortable. After each side of your body you get a warm moist towel to wipe the oil off and further relax you. Complimentary water once massage was over and they were kind enough to give us this little origami snowflakes to hang on our Christmas tree! The 3 stars is solely for the massage, Overall good massage! Reason why im giving it 3 stars however is due to the fact that the therapist kept leaving, They started for a minute then left me laying down for 10 mins. It wasn't until 5:40 that they started the massage. The massage it self was good, however they cut me short with 5 mins left of my massage. I found Spa VITAL via a google search and walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful in determining the best massage for my needs. I ended up going with a 60 minute Swedish massage with Lymphatic drain and it is in my top 5 for massages. Drove by this place and I'm always looking for a new massage place because good ones are so hard to come by. The man at the desk was extremely friendly when we walked in and he was able to accommodate 2 walk in massages on such short notice. We got to choose our scent for the room and there were a lot of different choices. I had a few slight issues with my experience. 1) they left the lights on and I usually like my room to be dark so I can relax during a massage. 2) there was a major language barrier. Normally that doesn't bother me but I was trying to explain I wasn't comfortable having her pull down my bottoms and massage my lower body and she didn't understand me and she moved my hands away so she could continue. I also couldn't really explain my troubled spots that I wanted more attention on. I also asked her not to use the massage oil in my hair and she did that as well. 3) the first 20 min of the massage they rub you over a blanket and it isn't really a hands on massage so that felt a little awkward. Overall it was a decent massage and I might give it another try. It was clean, reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. read more

By far the best massage I've ever had. Hands down! I used to go to massage envy for massages but after visiting Spa Vital and experiencing Susan's magic hands I realize I was wasting my time and money with Envy. I left feeling like a new woman. Was able to make a same day appointment with no prob. Did the 1.5 hr full body massage . Never had a head massage like this and she used hot stones full body which I wasn't expecting. I have been here several times, this is mine and my mother in-laws favorite spot when we are having rough days. The place is very well maintained and clean. The staff is very kind and good at what they do. If you are up for something new try cupping therapy it's quite interesting. Our favorite is the hot stone massage which is bliss! If your on a budget they have a 1 hour foot massage that is 25 dollars as they do just about everything else including your feet! I love that we get to pick the essential oils for the room it makes it more personalized. read more

Its in a strip mall in an older part of town but If you can overlook that and just go for the massage, it's a win. It's decent inside and clean but could use a little sprucing up. My massage was with Susan and she did amazing work! She worked very hard on me and got a lot of knots out and spent the time I needed. A very professional, very clean, very friendly spa. Leo & Mabel at the front desk make you feel welcome and are wonderful at listening to what special aches or needs you have and then recommending appropriate treatments. Mabel also gives a great foot massage! Susan gives one of the best back massages I've ever had. Her strong, knowledgeable hands find the knots and spots that need help and she works them out. There's nothing better than a great massage. I have been here numerous times and have done couples massage as well. Not a super fancy place but that's okay with me as long as it's quiet and peaceful. I absolutely love the employees and the attention to detail they give when you tell them certain areas hurt or when they can feel the knots they work them out without you asking them to. One of the things I love the most is I ask them to throw in time for stretching and that is amazing how good they are and how good that stretching feels. We all need that extra blood flow. In a word....Amazing! Professional, courteous, way beyond the normal massage. The inexpensive price wasn't worthy of such treatment - we got more than we expected. I have been around the world, and this was the best massage of all time. My wife, also, enjoyed her massage immensely. Just brought my wife here because she's had excruciating sciatica pain and hip pain for several days. After some yelp research we decided to give Spa Vital a try. Susan was the masseuse that treated my wife and she's absolutely incredible. We explained her pain and pain level and she found a huge knot in her left buttock as well as releasing the sciatica nerve. Definitely worth every penny. If we had taken this to the urgent care, they would've given her pain meds and sent her home, but here, no pain meds needed because all you need is their special touch. Horrible experience not relaxing at all massage like they are racing,bumped my head as well as my wife's multiple times we did a couple massage,put elbow on my spine, hot rock dropped on my wife's head, left door open with lights fully on while massaging us and had the nerve to argue about the price of the tip. I have Fibromyalgia, my left hip twists out and a few other pain issues. As anyone with fibro knows "pressure" like being poked by a finger on your arm can send you through a roof in pain. I have tried acupuncture and that was a disaster for me!! Each needle was extremely painful and I would often cry because it was so bad. I went a total of 4 times hoping it would get better and each time it was worse. I wanted to try something else I needed to try something else! I decided to try the acupressure and I can say I am so happy I did! I won't say it was completely pain free because anyone with fibro knows that's impossible but I can say he listened if I said it was to much pressure. I can say I am sore but the stabbing, numbing, tingling pain is the lowest it's been in years and this is after one treatment! My left leg and foot was not turned out as far as normal. The atmosphere is nice, they really listen to your needs! I look forward to going back! Juan Li is very sweet and the Dr is very nice! You won't regret going! I wasn't all that impressed with the massage and when I went to leave I was told I forgot to tip. I offered $5.00 and was told that wasn't enough. So I asked what would be considered enough and they said $10.00. For a $30.00 massage, that's 30 % ! 6/4/16. The owner of Spa Vital has contacted me and in our online discussion it was discovered I had made a typo when I said I offered a $5.00 tip (after I was told I had "forgotten" to tip) and it was rejected. I actually offered $2.00, which was rejected. When they rejected that amount, I asked how much they thought I should tip them, they said $10.00. She thought it made the business look bad that I had erroneously said $2.00 instead of $5.00 and asked that I correct the error. She doesn't seem to understand the point of them 1) telling me I had to tip 2) rejecting what I then offered and 3) telling me how much to tip, which was then 30%. But in all fairness, I'm doing what she asked, so I hope that clears it up. read more

Me and my husband having been coming in here for about 2 years. The pass six months we either cant get in, or they are closed, ect.. went in today for foot massage lady at desk said she can do one at a time, its Sunday the sign says 9 am they have a sign on door that says 12 am think its suppose to be 12 PM they open, they have no one at the front so the lady doing my massage has to stop and take care of front, so she tells my husband to come back at 1pm he comes back and they tell him to come back tomorrow. This business has gone down real quick we spent alot of money in here. Due to the service we have recieved we took our business elsewhere. Even if we call in no one answers. Please beware and plan on your massage being interpreted. read more

Wasn't very pleased with this spot, went in for a massage and was very disappointed tried telling her my trouble spots and she pretty much ignored it and continued her routine also told her just to focus on my back only, again ignored and just went through the motions and continued to massage my lower body. Very painful and ended up leaving feeling like I had a bruised spine and more trouble spots. I understand that there was a bit of a language barrier but I feel like if I point to the trouble spots it should make sense. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 star is because the experience at the front desk was good. Will be looking for other spots read more

I've been going here for about a year and a half and it is my favorite in the desert. I've had many different massagers and have always been able to communicate no problem. A lady I had recently was very strong, efficient, comfortable. It was one of my best massages and I got focus on the parts of my body I needed. I love going here because they are my friends, they play nice music, and the cheap foot massage 1 hour is a unique option. I haven't found a similar deal in the area and the massage itself is nice because they will give time to other spots not just feet. First time customer and will definitely be returning. First off, it's clean and relaxing. Second, I have very tight muscles in my back and my therapist took extra time to work them out and give them the care they needed. She asked about pressure often to make sure I was comfort and went the extra mile to get my back to relax. I'm sore now but in a good way.
