Upon arrival you're greeted by the front desks attendants. They walk you to the back and show you around if it's your first time. Your rope and sandals are located in a locker with your name in it. After changing you chose your code to lock your locker. The showers have clean towels and complementary shaving kits. Afterwards you're walked to the relaxation room. At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. We felt really well taken care of. After your massage you can go back to the relaxation room or be walked to the locker room. The facility was exceptional. Everything was stocked and really clean. The moment you walk in, you are encouraged to slow down and relax. You take off your shoes (they give you cute little slides to walk around in!) and offer you something to drink. It is clean, calming and comfortable in the waiting area. I saw Sabrina for a leg/foot massage and honestly, it was the best massage I have ever had. She chatted with me prior to starting to find out why I was there (working on certain areas or just for pampering) which showed me she truly cares for her clients and what they want.
