My back needed a massage due to sitting in a position for too long. What do I need? Definitely a deep tissue massage. The reservation was pretty straightforward, with the receptionist taking my credit card number through the phone. On my way there, they asked if I am using the same card like the one on the phone, and I said yes. They gave me a form to fill while I was waiting, and I filled it in less than 3 minutes. The rest of the wait was not long; I think I waited around 5 minutes before being called to go to a room. An hour later, I came out of the room feeling happy and joyful. My back is a lot less tense, and it feels more flexible. What about the cleanliness during Covid? The light was off with a bit of light to make sure I don't fall. The spa was well-kept and in good condition overall. I felt quite safe. I'll definitely be back to enjoy other amenities that are opening back up on March 26th to give a throughout review of my experience there.

I used the birthday special as a gift for a friend. For 90$ + tax, the gift includes a classic massage, thermal bath access, water bottle, and glass of champagne. Due to covid-19, lockers already contain 1 towel (where the standard was two before - you have to pay extra 2$ which is dumb when you think about it). The crowd was not all adolescents like the past, older crowd and the pools had a limit of 8 people at a time. Steam room was also open with a max of 3 people at a time.

First! I don't know…read morethat I'll realistically be in Montreal too often, but I felt compelled to write a review. As I often do, for either a really bad place or a really good one. I am studying to be a doctor, and I hope I can have a keen eye for the musculoskeletal anatomy like Tina does. I should have asked her what her background was. Basically, I've been having significant neck and lower back pain due to constant reading, studying and running. I have seen chiropractors more than a few times, but there are only a few good ones and even those seem to be ineffectual. She correctly diagnosed the problems I was having just by looking at me -- just as a good chiropractor would -- but her massage actually helped. It is clean and relaxing in there, which is all well and good, but I think you should go for the healing. I have to go home, but I will be trying out massage therapy from now on! Merci!!

I read the online reviews and thought this place could be great for my wife and me after several…read moredays of walking in Montréal. We were looking for a no-frills location with practitioners who were good at acupressure massage. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet our expectations and we'd only rate this place 2/5 as the staff just don't have their usual strength or energy to work your tired muscles. Maybe years ago, but not now. During the session we both politely mentioned "this muscle is quite sore and could use more work thank you (in Mandarin too)" But, they ignored those multiple suggestions and just glided over different areas that were fine. Overall, it was a disappointing experience since we were looking forward to a relaxing session. Writing this review so you have a good idea of the service quality in the Summer of 2026.

We had no wait time when we showed up at 4pm on a Wednesday. It is CASH only. For the 1/2 hour massage they do not massage your obliques or feet. They use oil. Overall, it was okay for the price. There is nothing fancy about it.

I liked my time at Espace Nomad a lot…read more The place is on a nice corner of St. Laurent, and the large windows capture every bit of light they can, giving the place an airy feeling. A cafe to your left when you walk in has absolutely delicious espresso drinks, smoothies and - to my surprise - a scrumptious chai tea (I'm not usually a huge fan of chai blends, but this one was GOOD). I love the packages, and was able to get a prenatal massage and a pregnancy-safe pedicure. Both practitioners/techs were incredibly sweet, warm, welcoming and nurturing. The pillows they have for pregnant people make it possible to lay comfortably on your stomach. The massage itself was very light, and since I get regular massages back home, I know it is possible to be with-child and still get a little more pressure, but that is alright: it was still a very relaxing, welcome experience. The pedicurist was so fun to talk to and did a fantastic job of smoothing out my feet and making them sparkle. I would absolutely recommend and will return. I think the prices are very fair as well.

The place has a nice bohemian vibe. I had a 90 min Thai massage with oil and it definitely wasn't the best one I had. I Felt like my masseuse didn't have much experience and wasn't very present ( I have had many massages so I can tell). I would have liked to give them a 4 star but it was far from a 4 star. I still gave her a nice tip even though I didn't really enjoy my massage... If I were to go back, I would try someone else and a different type of massage. Glad I can cross this place off the list.

A 1hr foot massage started with a 10 minute neck, shoulder, and arm massage as my feet soaked in warm blue water. She then did a very nice foot and leg massage, hitting all of the right pressure points, muscles, etc. She used her hands, arms, elbows, stretched my feet and legs, used a lot of pressure which I liked, and also finished by draping hot towels on my legs and feet. It was pretty comprehensive and my feet were so smooth after (all oil was cleaned off). I've had foot massages by over 40 different massage therapists in my life (I backpacked through Asia and got massages in every city), and this was probably in the top 10% of the ones i experienced. The place is not fancy but it was inexpensive and she knew what she was doing. I will have to come back to try the other massages.
