I recently booked a couple of appointments to try the place out since it's close to where I work and having walked by a few times it looked nice. Looks can be deceiving... Facial: I booked the "Fountain of Youth" facial. It is the most expensive at $169 and was supposed to last 90 minutes. It was much shorter. The owner of the spa did my facial and kept leaving the room for long stretches to attend to other business. The facial itself was nothing special - and not worth the price, especially when she talked non-stop throughout trying to sell me on their line of skin care products so I couldn't even relax. Afterwards, she ambushed me in the lobby with her daughter and did an elaborate & lengthy presentation where they measured the antioxidant level in my skin (or something like that) to again try to sell me products like a couple of used car salesmen. I listened to be polite, but was really NOT impressed with how pushy they were. Pedicure: I booked the $75 "Foot Treatment" pedicure. This time it was the owner's daughter who did the treatment and again she was called away at least six times (I counted) to help her mother at reception since her mother does not speak French. The pedicure was supposed to take 60 minutes, but because of the constant interruptions it took much longer and I finally had to leave without her even finishing because I had another appointment to get to. The owner and her daughters are very nice, but I found them to be very unprofessional and extremely pushy on selling their skin care products - more so than other spas I've been to. Went 3 years ago so may have changed....my wife asked Swedish massage yet masso kept doing Chinese bone crushing massage. At least 3 times my wife asked. My massage was good (guy masso) but as I was in prone position falling asleep he decides to pluck my hair in my ass crack! It was semi erotic but mainly odd as he did it so casually. Weird vibe def. when we paid the price was a little off and they spoke amongst themselves in another language. Luckily they didn't know my wife ALSO spoke that and we sorted it out. The receptionists are super friendly! The place is always clean! Love the relaxation music! Prices are reasonable comparing to other spas.. the massage therapist asked me questions to make sure she applies the right amount of pressure and which area need the most work.. I have a severe back sprain and she released a lot of my muscle tension.. she even gave me certain stretches and movements that I can do at home.. in other words she knew exactly what she was doing and was great at it! This place is absolutely awful. Not clean. The woman was completely inexperienced. Dirty place. I am a very experienced waxer and this was the worst place I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs. read more

I was treated by my husband with a spa package which included a massage, manicure/pedicure and a facial. They did the pedicure first and that was ok, but not great... I was then moved to the massage... I was supposed to get a swedish massage, however the woman said she is better at Chinese massage so she was going to give that to me. I told her several times that I would prefer a swedish since I didn't want to leave in more pain than when I arrived but she didn't listen to me. I was then moved to my facial, which was terrible. The woman kept leaving the room and was rather ruff with my face, specifically when she was wiping the products off my face with the cold towel. They then did my nails just before I was about to leave, which didn't give them time to dry so when I got dressed to leave they got completely ruined. The package I had was supposed to include an "oasis smoothie", however it was never offered to me. I left rather upset (and sore from the painful Chinese massage). Overall I don't feel that what I got was worth the money, I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
