I feel betrayed, robbed, and mutilated. As a long time well tipping regular throughout the years with 174 confirmed yelp check ins who constantly recommends Spa Nails and constantly advertises for them with nail pics on snapchat, yelp, and Google I expect this painful disastrous situation to be handled better. Instead I was taken advantage of, may deleted all if of my nail pics across social media, and may never go back. I made a nail appointment with the owners (husband or wife) who I have gotten my nails done by dor years. After waiting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment the husband said they're really busy and the new girl is good so she'll do my nails instead. This girl cut me very deeply with the nail file 4 times making me bleed and knicked me twice on my cuticles with the dremel. My nails were trimmed much shorter than I asked for. To make them even she kept filing them shorter and shorter until they were shorter than I keep my natural nails. I was mortified by the length. The girl kept saying "sorry!", "Oh my god are you okay? ", "oh no I got you good!", and "oh no your skin is so sensitive!" While I was literally bleeding. To the point where the Hispanic girl with the table next to her laughed and said "Wow, what are you doing to the poor girl? All I hear is sorry sorry sorry!" The fill was wavy and textured. The polish was clumpy, thick,and messy. The girl was very nice, talked about being tired, hurrying to get home, and was shaking so I felt bad not tipping her. I was charged $50 and tipped $6. When I put on hand sanitizer because of all the cuts my eyes literally watered it hurt so badly and my nails were all so throbbing tender I literally CRIED in my car. I was mutilated and felt butchered. I showed my mom my nails and had her check 2 on the deeper more painful cuts 2 days later to make sure they weren't infected. She said I needed neosporin BADLY and to get these terrible nails fixed after they heal a bit. I called the owners and said I was cut up badly and needed my nails fixed by them when the cuts were sealed better and not BLEEDING anymore after Thanksgiving so they set my fix appointment for 6 days after my hands were mutilated. 6 days later on black friday I was made to sit 17 minutes after my scheduled appointment and when I sat in the chair I wasn't even told sorry or anything. I tried to explain what I needed fixed as far as too short and wavy, but she sold me she'll determine what she needs to do. That literally hurt my feelings. I'm not a "Karen" since 2015 this is only the 2nd time I've requested my nails to be fixed. I was told I'd need charged $5 for changing the lumpy color if I wanted to. I liked the color and still wanted it, but didn't know if my nails were so textured because of the color running out while the girl scraped the bottle or not. The owner lady fixed the texture of my nails with the dremel and did a very tiny fill (it had only been 6 days). She painted them and they are much prettier, but STILL WAY TOO SHORT. I was literally mutilated and my nails were hacked off by the previous girl then charged $10 by the owner to only fix part of the problem with zero apologies for getting butchered in her shop. I absolutely hate the nubby length which I told her on the phone and in person which she did nothing to fix, but still charged me $10 even though I tipped her $5 thinking she'd fix what her shop ruined for free like they should have. $60 on my nails and $11 in tips later I'm still full of painful cuts with extremely short nails. :( I'm so upset that now I need to pay EVEN MORE MONEY to go elsewhere to get the length fixed or these stubby nails ripped off and a new set put on. Not only that, but this one cut may scar because it's long, deep, and bled every time i washed or bumped it for 3 days. Betrayal of a regular is an understatement. :( read more

They suck now! I made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance. They made me sit and wait an hour to even put me in a pedicure chair. I sat 10 more minutes in lukewarm water. They rushed my pedicure after making me wait 1 hour and 29 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The old guy that used to do my pedicures well is gone. Terrible waste of money and time. Had to schedule a pedicure in falconer at vnails to get it fixed. Never going back. read more

I am visiting family in the area and this is my first time at Spa Nails. I called two days before to make an appointment and just needed a gel manicure and pedicure. When I arrived no one checked me in they just told me to pick a color. It seemed like it was a big surprise that I arrived. Unfortunately it also seemed that the gentlemen who worked on me had never done nails before. For example he used lotion to exfoliate, filled the water to the brim of the pedicure bowl, and got the inside of his gloves soaked. The salon was SILENT the entire time and it made is very awkward. I did not see him open up the tools he used on me instead he sprayed alcohol on everything multiple times... including me. When he started working on my toes it was either way to soft or way to hard. This was definitely not a relaxing experience and my fingernails were sanded down so much they are already breaking a day later. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would . The technician I had was extremely rude to me and aggravated to be assisting me . She barked orders and rushed through so she could leave . She sighed and rolled her eyes at me repeatedly. I tried to be friendly to her but she was not in the mood to even be working . Came here to get my nails done for my wedding. I took my maid of honor, matron of honor, mom, and grandma, so we had a pretty big group, but made appointments beforehand. Most of us were seated pretty quickly. Everyone working was friendly and efficient. Our nails looked beautiful for the wedding! I had a bad experience in this salon a few years ago. I figured things maybe changed. I went in for eyebrows. When i looked at them i was satisfied so i asked the young lady who did my eyebrows for her name (is hard to find a good eyebrow person). Apparently her name is "why you want my name for". Good customer service comes a long way specially if is a new face. If you cannot provide good customer service at least don't have an attitude. I have learnt my lesson....never again. read more

I got a French pedicure. It came out great. The guy working on me was pretty funny and seemed to really care about whether I liked everything. Another customer got a full set and did green tip s and they looks nice. They were on the expensive side. I would come back. Spa Nails was a friendly efficient place but I was very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I got a regular French manicure yesterday and already the nail polish is cracked. I am on vacation and have not been doing anything that should make them crack. I am very sad because it was a $18 manicure and it doesn't look good at all. read more

I love to come here and get my nails done. staff are very friendly. the wait time can be bad if you are going in there during rush hour(after school, weekends, etc.) i usually go early in the morning or close to when they are closing so I dont have to wait. The place looks well kept up and sanitary. no complaints from me. read more
