I received a great shellac mani and pedi here. The technicians took their time and did a good job shaping and preparing the nails. No cuticle cutting or rough treatment at all. It is a week later and my nails have no chips and are still bright and shiny. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. The space was clean and not crowded. Everything was quiet and peaceful with no strong acrylic smell.

Been coming here for three years the original owners were very good and kind in the service with the new owners has just improved even more great work best place in town for a decent price. I usually go overboard and I spend about 80 to 150 and other places have quoted me 200 to 250 but overall cheap and great quality and great management

They are horrible,the owner told me she didn't want to do my nails she wanted to do my daughters and gave me to a girl that didn't even know how to sculpt nails OR speak English.My daughter went back for a fill and the entire time of waiting the owner was doing a pedi on a customer while having the customer talking to the owner of the building trying to get the rent lower for her store lol.The last time was the absolute worst,my daughter went in and the owner immediately started speaking completely unprofessionally asking my daughter "Why you wait so long is your mom BROKE?!!!"I was not present but was told after the TWO HOURS it took her to do a fill and only black paint lol I absolutely went in and scolded the owner for being so disgusting!!!Worst shop in Jamestown DO NOT GO unless you want lop sided nails peeled paint and awful service.But they get ya in fast read more

I went in today super excited for an acrylic manicure & basic pedicure & not to be mean but it's probably the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten smh my total came up to $85.85 & I tipped $5 to be nice because I honestly wasn't going to tip. I usually do my own nails but I wanted to relax today & have someone else pamper me. The person who did my nails was super nice but this job was just not it for me read more

All of the ladies here are so friendly and so inviting. As soon as I walked in the door I was offered water and wine. One thing to mention is that they do hair and makeup for weddings. On the day of my appointment they were doing hair and makeup for a wedding party in house, so it got a little loud. They let me know that they had booked a wedding when I was scheduling my appointment, so I knew what I was getting myself into. Up first was the massage with Cynthia. Cynthia has the hands of an angel. Before getting started, she asked me some questions about my back health, and we discussed my massage history and massage preferences. I feel like she was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. It was so relaxing, there were a few times where I almost actually fell asleep. If you're looking for a really good massage in the Jamestown/ Chautauqua area, give Cynthia a call; you won't regret it. After the massage, came the mani/pedi and haircut with Marla. Marla is truly a gem. From the moment I met her, I knew we were going to get along just fine. She really made me feel like I was part of the family here. Mani/ pedi were relaxing, and came out exactly as expected. Color selection was a little limiting, but if you're all about the classics- nudes, reds, and navy/black, you won't have any trouble picking a color. On to the haircut... I have incredibly thick hair- the kind of hair that could easily cover 2 heads. Marla didn't hesitate for even a second, knew how to work with it, and gave me a cut that was just what I wanted. All in all I had a great, relaxing day. If you're in the market for any of the above services, Nouveau is worth a visit. One thing to note- when it comes to payment, each of the employees here are kind of like contractors- payment is separate for each service; cash or check seem to be preferred.
