I parked in the municipal lot across the street and just walked over. I was welcomed by one of the co-owners. They had a basket of slippers to use while getting your hair styled which I thought was a really nice touch. I asked Nicole to give me nice big flowing curls and she did just that. I had a really nice time visiting with her while getting my hair done. I definitely recommend PRIMP for your styling needs. My regular stylist is always really busy doing big color treatments for all her clients, so it is nice to know that PRIMP is here for my styling needs when my regular stylist is already booked. She spoke with my mom on the phone three weeks before the wedding, and we paid the final balance. Then, I received an email two weeks before the wedding saying she had a "scheduling error" and could not provide services as agreed. This is an unacceptable oversight. Furthermore, I contracted a makeup artist through Elle Aire as well, and when I reached out to confirm the day/time with her, she had not heard any details from the salon. She enthusiastically provided services as planned, and was fantastic to work with, but the lack of organizational and logistical leadership on part of Elle Aire was alarming. While the hair stylist who cancelled did recommend a stylist from another salon who was able to provide services (and whose work I liked even better than the original Elle Aire trial) this scenario caused unnecessary stress in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. In sum, do not book hair or makeup for major events through Elle Aire Salon, as they are not able to competently manage these bookings for a stress-free wedding experience.

I was greeted to a decorated salon for christmas complete with an ornament counting contest for customers to enter. How fun! Kyle is a handsome guy with a great warm personality who instantly made me feel welcome. Kyle walked me through what he would be doing to my hair today and explained everything in details and answered all of my questions letting me know he believes in healthy hair first. My shampoo and wash I received was lovely and I didn't want it to end as his fingers are magic. The conversation was light and pleasant and Kyle was very comfortable to speak to the entire time. I truly feel that I am his only priority at the moment which is a lovely feeling. He made me a cup of organic coffee which I was hesitant to have as I am a strict Starbucks lover only but i must say he makes a delicious cup of coffee. The colour he promised turned out exact (medium ash blonde) perfect for Christmas. The cut he gave me was precise and the 'bob' style I wanted. It's been 2 days since I received my style and I can't belive how easy it is to style thanks to his tips and the products I picked up from him. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding. The neck and shoulder massage while my colour was processing was a nice touch and really helped me to relax. He is worth every penny and I am so thankful I found him. I have just relocated to Otterville from Mississauga and am so happy I have Qstyle. It is big city service and style but with country prices.
