I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful. Took our aussie there for groom. We came from Illinois and never had a groomer shave his privates…read more He was shaved so close that they nicked his belly, penis area and where he was neutered. Got otc meds for that but didn't notice nick under his nub. After 2 days he started scooting and licking. Put cone on him to stop licking, got him into vet although we had a 3 day wait. He had a horrible hot spot and is on 2 meds to heal. It's been a nightmare for him and us. There is no way a guard was used when he was shaved or he would not have gotten nicked. May be great place for little dog breeds,but clearly not skilled with aussies. $103.00 for groom + tip, 97.00 vet visit, 35.00 for otc meds = never again!
