Horrible service, went back to complain about my manicure and gel, and was told to come back to talk to the manicurist that did my nail. Made an appointment and went back to have them redone and the manicure says sorry I won't do it. What a horrible job. One of the other girls told me she was new a new student and I've never had a worst manicure in my life all I wanted to do is have it redone And they said no I do not recommend. I went back to Amy the next day Amy's nails, and had them redone. read more

What ever you do. DO NOT GO TO JENNY TORRES!!!! First time I went to her she ran out of time because her other appointment had shown up (mind you I called, talked to her, and said I need more time because I have a TON of hair) without drying or brushing my hair I was done and was told she couldnt finish my hair since her other appt. was there.I literally pulled out chunks of my hair that needed to be brushed,in the parking lot. I stupidly thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt and another chance. Had her color my hair (before my wedding) Not only did she call me by a wrong name initially, she left literally chunks of blonde in my hair!! One in the front and one in the back, Wtf!? Had an amazing 90 min massage from a beautiful young lady inside and out, Marissa. A natural healer, so in tune to a person's needs. Very kind and really cares about her clients. Excellent technique and the most relaxing massage I've ever had. Nice, clean room, warming pad on table, nice sheets/blanket. Beautiful music, low lighting. I had my hair done last week. Loved it, had a great experience. Scheduled another appointment for the following week. As I was getting ready for my appointment I received a call from work there was an emergency, I had to go. I called the spa immediately after I hung up with work and left a message explaining the situation. Well with no phone call back the spa took money from my account. I understand the technition was out money and time and I would have compensated, however, for the business to just take money is kind of messed up. I would have been a good customer looking forward to facials and massages and more hair appointments. Someplace else may value me as a regular customer. I came here being referred to Dena by a coworker. She was great. Great stylists get booked fast and I am unable to plan to far in advance without having to cancel so this last time she was not able to fit me in and recommended another lady and I left happy again. I have been to have my nails done and had a wedding party here using several of the staff's expertise and everyone left happy with the work they had done. I also love what they do for the community by donating their time and energy to kids, after hours parent events, donations and what not. Good company, good people, good work!! read more

After reading good reviews and hearing positive feedback from a few people, I made an appointment for a pedicure. Having just moved to town, I was looking for a new nail salon. I made an appointment in advance and was not able to get in for about two weeks. Since they were so heavily booked, I had high expectations. When I arrived, I was escorted to a small room in the back, not in the front area where all of the pedicure seats are located. Long story short, it was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. What a disappointment. No, I'm not going back and can't recommend them. Save your money and head over to the Pony Mall. read more

I went in to get a brow wax which I am very and have been cautious about my brows since they are very thick and full and I don't want them over waxed or plucked etc. And I made it clear I don't want them thinned out or reshaped as I just needed a little touch up and you could see the shape of my brows. Well she seemed like she understood me which made me feel comfortable. I thought I would be taken to a room and lay on a table since this place is so "fancy" but nope she took me to the sink right next to someone getting their hair dyed. And the other girl working there had all her things in that sink set up for her client and there was a seat open on the end but she decided to ask someone that was waiting for the client to move. So she didn't even use toner to wipe my brows before she put the wax on as I just washed my face and put coconut oil on them so the wax didn't even stick like it was suppose to. It was rushed and I was uncomfortable. After only about 5 minutes she handed me a mirror and right away I saw it. One brow at the end was still thick and shaped but my other brow at the end was thin and reshaped. So now I have two different shaped eyebrows. Thanks for nothing. I still tipped her good because well I am like that. But will never go back. Hair Company is the place to go! Hopefully I can add the pictures of each brow and show everyone and warn them. She was talking about how she wished her brows were like mine and not thin so maybe it was out of jealousy? But now I have to walk around looking stupid and wait for them to grow out. read more

I have read the read the other 3 reviews and it was the reason I chose go to this spa for a pedicure. I had one of the worst experiences ever with a pedicure. First, whoever took my appt. booking made the mistake of not informing the technician that I had jell polish on. I had made this very clear that I had it on and I wanted jell polish as well and that I would look a small art or cute sticker on just my big toes. The nail technician told me I was late, but I wasn't, she was in the bathroom. I get it that. We all have to go, but she rushed through the entire process. I told her I have neuropathy in my feet from previous injury. The entire process created pain and I could not keep the automatic pain response I have I. Even the sugar massage was rushed and painful. I did not get the art I wanted as she did not have time to complete that due to lack of communication on their part. It was loud and busy and technician appeared to be a bit frazzled, so I will not return for further pedicures. read more
