Samantha Decker, PA-C treated me with Botox for migraines headaches and TMJ. She was very caring and thorough. I booked a full body scan for moles. She and her MA carefully observed and charted all of my moles. I have had several skin cancers and have to get regular checks. Samantha and her MA, Cherish, made me feel at ease right away. North Bend Medical Center screens all patients at the door and does temperature checks. They practice excellent COVID-19 sanitation and distancing upon check-in. Samantha Deckers office is on the third floor and honestly it has more of a spa feeling than a doctors office. The rooms are immaculate and freshly sanitized. The gowns and linens were pristine. The floors were sparking clean. I am a germaphobe so I notice the details especially during the pandemic. Samantha is the first medical professional I have seen in over a year but I was instantly at ease. All of the staff is vaccinated and that was reassuring. Next I am going to get some cosmetic fillers done. I also got started on their top of the line sunscreen, vitamin C serum and skincare routine. Hi! My name is Meaghan and I got lip fillers and laser hair removal from Samantha Decker and her (AMAZING) MA, Cherish. I was so nervous to go in and get them done, but during my consultation they put all my fears to rest and I felt completely comfortable and confident that they would take great care of me. The day of the appointment I applied the numbing cream 30 minutes before (don't accidentally swallow it like I did!) Cherish took me back, cleaned me up and we chatted while my lips were finishing numbing. She was so great and personable and made me so comfortable and got me laughing within 2 minutes of being there. I will not go back unless she is there to make my experience great again. They had some really good music on, the room was gorgeous and they made sure I was super comfy on the bed, giving me pillows, blankets, and a squeeze ball, if I wanted it. Sam came in and we talked through the procedure again and I also loved her! I won't get my fillers done anywhere else, unless she moves! She's so adorable and comforting and I really had a great time there. I felt like I was in there with my friends, not medical professionals. Afterwards, they cleaned me up again, gave me a new, clean mask, and walked me through the aftercare again. I did have a large fear that I would walk out of there looking like I definitely had fake lips. My body bruises and swells very easily, so the next day I was horrified at what I looked like. I immediately texted Cherish (who had given me her phone number in case I had any concerns or worries) and she responded within minutes letting me know that it was totally normal and gave me the verbal relief I needed. She also said I was able to stop by their office for a follow up if I had any more worries. Over the next 2 days, they healed really well and I was incredibly happy with them. They look beautiful and natural and I absolutely love them. I will definitely not go anywhere else to get my lips done. A few months later I did come back for laser hair removal on my face and stomach and they again were AMAZING. So comforting and supportive and encouraged me throughout the whole process. I again, felt no judgement form them and I had such a fun time with Samantha and Cherish. It was almost the same process as before. I applied numbing cream for 30 minutes, Cherish got me all cleaned off, and then gave me some ice packs to help with the short pain of the laser. Because of the numbing and ice, I barely felt anything. I have had LHR at other places, but will only be going back to Sam and Cherish because of how comfortable and pain free it was. They made all my future appointments so I don't have a lapse in treatment. I am very excited to be going back to them on a regular basis. They also introduced me to this phone app called Allé. Every time you scan it you get rewards, coupons, or other offers related to their cosmetic procedures. After my lips I had already earned $20 off my next treatment. I also have won multiple offers when I come in and scan it during my appointment. It's free and you rack up so many points to use at your next appointment! Overall, I would recommend Samantha and Cherish to anyone looking for cosmetic procedures, I even made my Mother come in and start having her Botox done here, because I trust their team so much and know how beautiful they will always make us look. 10/10 for experience, personality, atmosphere, prices, comfortability, and everything else! read more
