I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, was greeted after 5 minutes of waiting by someone else. 3 minutes before my start time she walks up from behind the partition screen. In other words, she was there the entire time and didn't bother to greet me. The massage experience itself is worse. She starts by gulping her soda right by my ear, and I don't suffer from misophonia, but it was God awful. At this point, I'm super irritated by the disgusting sounds and then she plops down in her chair. Almost the entire rest of the massage she rolls around like a 1 year toddler who hasn't learned how to walk and gets around in their walker. I'm not certain about this but I feel like she was her phone half the time because she was nonchalantly massaging with just one hand. My 8 year old puts more effort and pressure. English is pretty difficult. My massage therapist spoke to the other massage therapist in the room and was laughing for an entire our street, they never showed up. There was nothing relaxing about that. The massage was mediocre. Even though it was supposed to be a full body, they pretty much just massage the right side of my body, never did any arms or feet, no neck no shoulders. Then, when it came time to pay for this overpriced crappy service, we tipped out the masseuses separately, in which the business owner then yelled at us to try to tip her. Would never return. Every place I've ever gone to has started me out on my stomach and then had me switch to my back, which means I leave with a back ache because of the arthritis in my lower back. The therapists are law abiding and behave professionally. Despite the fact that English is not their first language, they do what they can to get by with their limited language ability. (The use of a translator app on your phone could be helpful.) The business could really use a manager/receptionist that handles the appointments and transactions. It's one of those places where the massage therapists run everything, such that it's really difficult to make an appointment, especially if both therapists are already busy working...

I was suffering with a very tight neck, shoulders, back, and hips.
