I left a little less twisted, a lot less blocked, a little shaky, able to walk to my next appointment, and looking forward to my next massage. VERY highly recommended.

I walked in around 2 pm in excruciating pain, which is a given after walking London nonstop for days. I was asked to return in 40 minutes because they were all busy. I didn't hesitate to wait outside patiently. The people getting massaged looked like they were in heaven! When my turn came, I understood why. I was lucky to get the guy I had eyed, Andy. He blew my mind. His massage was the most painful one I've ever received in the best way! Cause I was feeling brand new hours later. I loved it so much that I returned at noon the following day to get my back massaged, since the prior day I didn't have time for an hour long massage. What I wouldn't give to have a place like this near me. I highly recommend them. You can't beat the quality or the price.

Pricing is the same for foot or body massages. Like my previous visit, the therapists chat amongst each other and with the owner, making it slightly harder to relax. My therapist wore a pair of loose vinyl glove for each leg that ripped as soon as he started the strong massage. My therapist was very strong and spent the entire hour massaging my foot, leg, and thighs, all while fully clothed in an open communal room. Quality of the foot massage was on par to those in Asia! £55/hr + gratuity for a 1 hour massage

I was dreaming of some relief and started to do a quick search on Yelp for somewhere quite near my office. Nothing too laborious as my day was packed...so just a quick tune-up via chair massage was in order. Chi Yu to the rescue! Lovely staff and very welcoming. From making the appointment, to arrival, and situation all the way to checkout and bidding them adieu, everyone was so very nice. Somewhat sad that this is not a given, but in London it certainly isn't! This makes Chi Yu stand out. I made an appointment for same day with Rie, who was great. I was escorted downstairs to the treatment area, and given 30 minutes of chair massage. Brilliant, just what I wanted. She was very communicative and definitely helped ease the tension. I probably need one every day for a month to really work it out, but this really helped. I took a menu and will definitely be back. Really like the vibe of this place, the atmosphere (also SUPER clean), and the service offerings. Facials, beauty + Wellness massage, reflexology, Thai massage, etc. £15 (plus a bit extra for Rie) --- well worth it.

It was so great that we came back another day and got 90mins! 90mins was perfect. Both times, my masseuse was Nan, and she was amazing! She really pinpointed all the knots on my shoulders and neck and her pressure was on point. My husband got Justyna and Pammy and they were both great as well. It was quite shocking that he enjoyed both masseuses cause no two masseuses are ever the same. So he believes that they might've gone through the same systematic training to ensure consistency and quality. Overall, our two massages were amazing so I definitely recommend checking it out if you're ever in London!
