Both Backyard Delights and Aspen say there is no way to fix this which I have a hard time believing. Also if you use them to winterize your tub keep your fingers crossed that they actually do it. This passed year my pipes froze because they only drained it and didn't disconnect the lines plus they still insisted on charging me for it. They carry poor quality tubs and then blame the customers for problems even when the tub is under warranty.

I had them give me an estimate on building a retaining wall and concreting area around my pool. I spent about 45 mins with Bill, going over the job. I agreed on the price & said "_let's do it". Asked "what next "and was told next step was for his girlfriend to write up a contract. Turns out lady in the office lives with Bill. If &,when she's in the office she would write contract. I called the office 7-8 times, always leaving message. Never got a call back. This went on for weeks. I finally called Bills cell phone, where there was an outgoing message in his girlfriends voice saying ",please do not.leave a message on his cell phone, call the office instead. Well I knew by then it was hopeless and finally looked elsewhere for another company to do the job. So I lost several weeks of construction. They could have had decency and professionalism to just say they couldn't or didn't want the job. Murphy is a small town so they probably have the market cornered, however, if they are unreachable , it's a mystery as to how they still are in business. I give Cherokee pools zero stars.
