I have been going to Lori for my facials since she started 16 years ago. She has always done an amazing job to take great care in treating my skin as it has aged and gone through multiple pre-cancerous procedures...Through the years, she has also continued to educate herself on the "latest and greatest" treatments and products that are cutting edge and organically better for your skin which has made a huge difference in the way my skin looks! My daughter has also been going to Lori throughout high school-she loves the teen facials and Lori's eyebrow waxing! Annie, Lori's assistant brings a wonderful addition to Spa 10-they make an awesome team along with their massage therapist, Ilene Morrison-SO....if you want the best place in the valley to be pampered, Spa 10 is where it's at! read more

I've been getting facials at Spa 10 for many, many years! Lori is incredible and I always feel like I look 10 years younger when I leave!!! Seriously, someone asked me when I was going to be 40, and let me tell you.... I've been in my 40's a VERY long time : ) I love the micro- current toning, anti aging and oxygen infusion facials Lori is the sweetest, funniest most caring person and I'd gladly pay just to hang out with her - but she's also so talented and knowledgeable. The salon is relaxing and clean and the parking lot is easy. I LOVE SPA 10!!!! read more

Lori is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. She is amazingly meticulous and never disappoints. At other places I have gone to, they rush through my brows which results in my hair growing back in just 2 weeks. With Lori, she is very careful with how she waxes which leaves my brows looking flawless for up to a month. If Lori charged $1000 per eyebrow waxing, I'd honestly still go to her because she is the BEST. I've never gotten as many compliments on my brows as I have since I started going to her. read more

With my recent experience of trying to book a service, my attempts were met with complete silence. No response to calls or messages. No explanation or courtesy notice that they no longer wanted to work with me. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a business that values customer relationships and so called values. I've attached evidence for context.
