Due to a scheduling mistake on their end, an incorrect appointment was made, which resulted in a $142 charge that we strongly believe is not justified. We reached out in good faith to resolve the issue, but it was not handled appropriately. What made the situation worse was the interaction with the manager, Tanya. Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, the conversation became unproductive and felt disrespectful. We did not feel heard or taken seriously as clients. Additionally, my fiancé's previous review about this experience was removed, which is very concerning. Because of that, I am sharing this experience again. This situation raises serious concerns about both customer service and transparency. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle client concerns in the future.
