I googled mobile post surgical lymphatic drain massage last week. I am on my 3rd treatment with my wonderful and insightful therapist Audrey. Every therapist possesses varying degrees of approach. I had received LDM for the past month with a different therapist, but my recovery was as slow. My therapist concentrates on LDM. It has been less than a week, and I can stand better and upright with ease, my edema is nowhere close to what I had. My therapist is able to identify the depth of the edema and she is able to do scar release as well, all of which when done by an experienced therapist changes the course of how I recover from my surgery. I have drained a lot of fluid. My skin is less tight, it is softer which makes movement easier. My discomfort has decreased by half in less than a week. I look forward to healing completely so I can simply book relaxing massages in the future. For now I will have to receive LDM. As a bonus, my therapist is a beautiful soul and carries along good energy. So from an experienced therapist to the therapist herself, healing reaches a full circle. read more

The Sonar team is fantastic! They come to you and they bring everything they need to give you a great experience. If you're experiencing pain, consider upgrading to the special pain release treatment. I forget what it's called, fascia or myofascia? It's more work on the therapists part which is why it costs more but it's worth it! It will release the pain so it leaves the body and is less likely to come back! I went pain free for 9 months after having it done! Of course if you want to pamper yourself, you can still get more massages, but it won't be because you're still in pain. read more
