They have a state of the art simulator and helped me find the perfect shafts for my irons without all the pushy sales tactics and their pricing is very good for clubs and services. Tony took his time and was very friendly, knowledge, and offered to tip my driver versus spending money for a new; once not pushy or trying to sell you just to make a buck. I would absolutely go back here again and we usually vacation in PCB once a year or so. I would wait to come down to these guys again because of the service alone!

There is a thin woman with a raspy voice who works in (or manages) that department, and every interaction with her is unpleasant. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and acts as if any basic question is an interruption. If she's folding clothes and you ask for help, she reacts as though you're inconveniencing her. On multiple visits, I've asked about a single club regrip while I shop, and she responds with visible annoyance and a rundown of how busy she supposedly is--only for me to return 10 minutes later and find her chatting with coworkers. I've had other Dicks employees regrip a club for me in less than 10 minutes. She is, frankly, a terrible representative for Dick's Sporting Goods, and her attitude is the primary reason I will not be returning to this store.

However, it and the restaurant attached close at 8pm. Hmmmmm. It does't get dark in Florida til after 9pm in the summer, so this seems off. Food and space at the eating area by the pool; fun, tasty, and staff are on top of it. (The staff are a bunch of young kids working for the summer and it was nice to be around their energy.) The restaurant and bar area in the hotel is ... "yikes". The lighting is harsh and too yellow. The decor and "feel" reminds me of an 80's, Ramada Inn reception area. I don't know what else to say except that it was so discomforting that we couldn't stay. Work out facility is top notch.

Day of and after, this company could not have been less communicative and less helpful. We offered up reschedule dates and then were told that actually It isn't a reschedule... It is 20% off booking with them again. Again, I get mother nature has a mind of their own but we hoped for way more out of their "customer service"
