Even though I ultimately did not end up making the drive down to purchase the vehicle we made a deal on, Christian absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, transparent as glass, and genuinely worked hard to try to put together a deal that made sense for me and my family. If it makes money it makes sense. What stood out the most was that he never made it feel like a typical pushy dealership experience. He communicated clearly, respected my time (especially since most of the communication was via text), worked through the numbers with me, followed up, and actually made me feel like he cared about earning my business the right way.
