After realizing the repair had not been completed properly, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, my calls, messages, and attempts to resolve the matter have been ignored. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that I paid for a repair that did not address a significant safety concern. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Which can sometimes be a real hassle when buying for someone out of state, with regard to all the other dealerships that I had dealt with, some of which didn't even want to do this for me. She made it happen. She made the process expedient and was upfront, honest, and to the point. If you are looking for a used vehicle. This is a great spot. They also do a lifetime powertrain warranty, that is accepted at any ASE certified shop. That is a really nice complementary service with a used vehicle purchase which a lot of dealerships do not do.
