This place was a recommendation. It's on West Lincoln which I don't frequent even though I visit Mount Vernon often for my clients. Healthy meals and healthy beverages and snacks. It's a small restaurant and very clean. The argh is pleasant and professional. It's off the beat and path but worth the visit. read more

One of My go to spots in MV, food is good, staff is always friendly and helpful. Only issue is finding parking once you get there as there is no street parking. read more

Absolutely fire!! Delicious Brazilian natural goodness. GrubHub always delivers on time. Strongly recommend!

Souzafit offers a refreshing smoothie bar/juice bar/slash this, slash that, health food shop- close to the heart of Mount Vernon. Souzafit is small, but it's packed with an entire healthy menu. It's popping with a hefty dose of dishes- packed with vegetables, shrimp or steak (strips) throughout their breakfast and lunch menu. The one-woman-show led by Christina- did a nice job at hooking me up with an almond milk smoothie (almond, skim, whole or soy milk, as your choices). Individuals who are cooking novices or may not have time to cook, Souzafit creates healthy meals for the week, that you can place an order and pick up in advance. It sounds a little gluttonous, but even as I headed out of Souzafit, holding my menu in one hand and smoothie in the other, I was looking forward to my next visit and trying their sweet potato pancakes...among other things. Some may know what Mount Vernon used to be, how it is and where it's gradually and positively heading to. Way to go, Souzafit. Pura Vida! read more

Ordered a morning machine with turkey bacon on the panini...sooo good! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful, such a change from what you find in town. Also ordered the mango smoothie (I believe it is called mahalo something), a little tart however when the young gentleman took my order he forewarned me it would be and if I wanted honey. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication at this place. I will definitely be back to try something new. Prices are also fair. I know they can't help it, but the only downfall is...parking is a nightmare over here. read more

I live fairly close to Souzafit and ever since this pandemic started, it's been hard to eat healthy and stay in shape. I've heard of this place before and decided to try it today. They offer take out during this time, so I ordered my food to go. I ordered the ultimate omelette and the oatmeal blast. The omelette was very good. The turkey and gooey cheese was meshed together in an egg white omelette. The oatmeal was also tasty, just enough sweetness and plenty of fruit. I did check out the menu and saw a lot of other healthy options on the menu. So definitely if I ever want a healthy smoothie or a juice, I will make the order. read more

Heard about this place a few months ago through the gym I go to, Mount Vernon Barbell but I never got to try their entrees. Finally had the chance to stop by today and try their chicken tacos and it was AMAZING! Great portion size and it left me full. Definitely a great place to eat really healthy foods. read more

This place wasted my time horrible service. I got my money back. Mount Vernon location is a waste of time. Unless you order online you will Be ignored Any service in person. I waited 40 minutes for a smoothie and once I said something they ignored me. Cashier person was doing nothing the whole Time and they only care about door dash service while In store customer wait. Overpriced. Lost a smoothie customer in the neighborhood read more

Good is fresh, EVERY TIME. Thank you for the healthy options along with the pancakes. It's my GO TO.

I ordered delivery through yelp fulfilled by grub hub. I was disappointed because they got my order in correct- I ordered a ginger ale and got a seltzer water. Asked for a low carb version of my plate (veggies instead of carbs), yet it still arrived on a bed of rice, and the spinach was clearly from a frozen box (not the steam fresh kind). Overall, the meal was healthy but seemed like a non-cooking bachelor just heated up a bunch of stuff and threw it together. read more

Souzafit Restaurant - Mount Vernon - Jerk salmon- sauce was generically spicy, not what I would consider jerk and the spinach was from a frozen box. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mount Vernon, New York

I have been lots of great things about Souzafit, but I'm not one to go by hear say when it comes to food, so I to get out here and see what my taste buds say.... I'm impressed with my choice of the Ground Beef Burrito with side of Sweet Potato fries... It was enough to want to come back and try some more of their great selection. No compromise, Healthy eating with great flavor. read more

The best acai bowl I have had on the east coast! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They take care to make each order. We also wanted a combo breakfast plate and they were more than happy to accommodate. Delicious and healthy food made fast. The space is small but they have dew counter spaces and a bathroom. I will be back and with friends! Also I sat and watched about 10 happy customers pick up orders they called in. read more

Healthy food. Tastes great! Did the lean out women's meal prep and have loved every meal so far. Definitely would recommend.

I've ordered food from here several time and each time, the food has been on point. Whether your a fitness buff or simply looking for a good meal, I'd recommend Souza Fit. One of my personal favs is the chicken teriyaki plate is delish, comes with brown rice (even the rice is good ~ and if ya know like I know, brown rice can taste like cardboard) and a veggie. My friends have had other dishes and have always been satisfied. Clean, flavorful food at a decent price point and they don't cheat you on portions. And wait, they have a FULL COLOR menu with pics! Yassss visuals! I'm a fan ;-) read more

I first had food here a few years ago when they were newly opened. I came back for old time's sake and I am happy I did. It looks like they expanded inside with a small seating area with a few tables in addition to the counter space for dining in. I had the French Toast, topped with strawberries, blueberries and bananas, with egg whites and Turkey sausage on the side. Excellent. Everything had great flavor. Considering the food is actual food and not overly processed and frozen like what you would get at a chain restaurant or fast food establishment, $10 for this plate of goodness is a great value. I'll have to return to try the lunch and dinner options. This is a great addition to the Mt. Vernon area. read more

Thought the food would taste as great as what people described it to be or how the pictures looked. Unfortunately that was not the case. I ordered a chicken omelette, which came with potatoes and two slices of bread. It tasted horrible and the presentation was sloppy. Never again. read more

I can't say I was disappointed by this restaurant for the food was good, it was how it is represented here on YELP. This is not really a "restaurant" per se. No tables, no chairs, and absolutely no reservations. What they do have is a tremendous menu of basically Take-out Food and a narrow counter along the front window with 4-5 stools. Okay, as for the food and service, the people there are quite pleasant and accommodating. I had the Turkey Burger on the plate which I specifically said was because I need to be GlutenFree. The plate was served with sweet potato fries, that although looked good, in all likelyhood were cooked in a frier where breaded foods had been. NO Good for me! My friend had a heaping omelette pancakes and fruit and I do believe he love it. The smoothies were great. But be prepared.. take home and enjoy elsewhere.. read more

I have tried a few different meal-prep services (both local ones where the food is prepared fresh and sent to you or to an arranged pick-up location, and non-local ones where the food was shipped in UPS boxes and far exceeded my RDI for sodium), and Souzafit is THE BEST, hands down. I typically pick up my meals on Sunday mornings; they text me first thing on Sundays to let me know that they're preparing my meals - you can't get any more fresh than that. I'm pretty picky about my meal combos, and they work with me and have always gotten my orders correct. They're VERY reasonably priced and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and they even text me to let me know when my food is ready. I'm SO happy I found Souzafit and would recommend their tasty, macro-friendly menu to all of my personal training colleagues/clients. read more

I wanted a smoothie and found this random place. Looks questioning on the outside and inside as it's not too upscale. Ordered a Godzilla and felt like... the hulk! It blew my tastebuds away. It was so good, so refreshing, and I loved the strong peanut butter flavor. If you're driving by or live in the area, it's definitely worth the stop! read more

The restaurant is wonderful just want Mount Vernon needs perfect for clientele that is looking to achieve a certain physique by eating better. the prices are not too expensive and the owner Felipe is extremely polite and very involved in his business! this company should be around for a long time and I would not be surprised to see if they start opening up other locations in Westchester. good luck to to Souza fit! read more

The Food is good, however feel very left down after pre booking an order on seamless to be delivered at 1pm. When food did not arrive i called at 1:40pm figuring they had missed order, which transpires they did. They advised they would get it around 2pm - an hour late. I declined as an hour wait is ridiculous after pre booking delivery earlier that morning. read more

I tried this place for the first time and I don't know how it has so many good reviews. The pictures posted and the reviews seemed great so I decided to try it. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and it comes with asparagus and quinoa. The salmon was dry and overcooked and looked like it was made on a different day. The edges were dry and hard, this was clearly not fresh. The asparagus tasted horrible, it was as if they forgot to season it and after it was done they just sprinkled the seasoning on top. So when you take a bite you're left with a large amount of seasoning in your mouth. The quinoa was just bland. I really wanted to like this place. It's close by and I've been searching for healthy food around here. But this place is not it. You can make fresh healthy food and have it taste good. read more

I decided to order the whole wheat pancake with banana, veggie wrap and a protein muffin. This was the worst tasting veggie burger wrap I have ever had. The veggie burger meat is hot and the lettuce is cold so that was a major disaster. It was soggy I gagged when I took one bite so I had to end up eating only the pieces of the veggie burger meat and the avocado inside. It was tasteless. What a waste of my money :( The whole wheat pancake with bananas decorated on the top...... another tasteless disaster. The only thing that tasted good was the muffin. I don't know if I would order here again! With so many good reviews I'm wondering if the cook was having an off day or if this is their standard. They need to revisit that wrap combination come on soggy lettuce that's beyond disgusting. read more
