Went today before noon and was told "No more breakfast sandwiches." I walked out, no more. Myself and others have ordered breakfast sandwiches in the past at 1pm and they have done it. Workers have zero customer service skills, I've tried to engage them in conversation and they know I've been going in there for years. Management may not be aware they are doing these things, if they are aware, shame on them. Hearing some competition coming soon, that's where we will be spending our money. I'll be sure to tell all of our neighbors and friends. It's a shame, bagels are good but simply not worth it If you can't order them the way you like them.
